The media could not be loaded. I have a fairly large stone fireplace and absolutely tired of actual logs and gas logs. I found this 26” electric set on Amazon and was impressed by the features and reviews. I decided to setup the logs, before actually installing them into my fireplace and test them. The unit came very well packaged and all accessories were included. I literally pulled the unit from the box, removed tape, plugged it in and I was enjoying flames, burning logs, crackling and heat in minutes! I installed two AAA batteries in the remote and it worked flawlessly as well. I definitely wanted to control my fireplace with my phone, so I downloaded the Airia application and followed the instructions to connect the unit to my phone. The app is awesome and so straightforward for controlling the logs. Tomorrow, I will do the hard part of removing my old log set, cleaning up the mess and placing my new ones in their new home. Love this item! Was a little leery on how it would look and work and I am beyond impressed with how wonderful it looks in our fireplace and how much heat it gives off! Would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of electric log fireplace type.

The media could not be loaded. For the price, I honestly had no expectations. This unit was super easy to put in my existing fireplace. Luckily the cord length, while short, did the job. The appearance when off is not to hookey. I have seen very expensive units look worse and comprebly priced unit look worse. When on the look is nice. Obviously fake, but that should be expected. What it does is add a cozy ambiance at the Touch of a button. As to heat. I did not expect this to heat my 400sf living area by itself, nor should I. The description says it is not a primary heat source. That being said. It does heat my place fairly well. In fact when the neighbor below has their heat on I ask, do 2 secondary heat sources equal a primary heat source? It is not silent when heat is on, but I am not bothered by it. ... show more
