The media could not be loaded. I am very pleased with this smart portable air conditioner. It was very easy to unbox and install. The piece that goes into the window is adjustable so it can work for many window sizes, it seems. There are options for cooling, just the fan, and drying. The remote is super handy and the app is really useful too. In the app you can control every function, option, and more. It is large since it's 14,000 btu, so I was afraid it was going to mess with my boho jungle aesthetic but it really doesn't. So far it has done it's job. I have a really large bedroom - over 500 sq. ft and I set the AC to 65. The thermostat in the bedroom said that it was 65 this morning when I woke up. It drains A LOT of water; although, I'm sure it is because of the humidity in the room - we just got a ton of rain. This morning I woke up to a slight high pitched 'hum' - that is why it is getting 4 stars for noise. I'm hoping it was just that one time and doesn't continue. It is fairly quiet for how big of a room it cools! Update - after 2 nights it seemed to stop working. I tried to do a replacement and Amazon said due to seller’s Inventory I can’t. I have to just return it. I didn’t even realize it didn’t come directly from Amazon. I am really disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend. Another update - they worked with me and sent a replacement. The media could not be loaded. This was bought to cool a space of about 550 square feet during the summer heat in Kansas. We got it and did a temporary install to try it out before officially putting a hole in the wall for the exhaust. The Set Up: the set up is pretty self-explanatory. When you take a look at the quick start guide that they provide. However, the drain tube was a little bit more complicated seeing as there are two drain ports, and only one drain tube provided. We initially installed the drain tube on the bottom port thinking that’s where it was supposed to go and eventually switched it to the middle port after we opened it up and realized there was water in the middle port. The instructions do not specify, if once installed in the middle port the bottom port needs to stay open or we need to get another hose. It just kind of doesn’t talk about it. The Unit: In the video we’ve had it on for about 45 minutes and the room is still quite hot. All windows and doors are closed there’s no air leaks anywhere. The unit itself is noisy but I’d be willing to overlook this if it actually cooled. There are brief moments when it will shoot out very cold air and then all of a sudden it’s like the fan is the only thing running. You can even hear a change in the way it sounds when the compressor is working and when it’s only the fan. Honestly based on reviews I expected the unit to cool quickly or at least cool the space instead of circulating the air. The Remote: five of the buttons on the remote are not available for the model that I purchased. The guide says to push turbo button to turn on a faster mode, more powerful mode and honestly it does not make a difference. Overall for the price and the unit as it’s advertised, I would not recommend it does not cool, which is literally the reason that it was purchased it’s been running now for about an hour as I’m finishing this review and the room has yet to even begin cooling down at all. Essentially we just purchased a very expensive fan. Will be returning this product. ... show more

Had for 6 days to cool 720 sf garage. Unit arrived on time, set up easy. Day 1 cooled well and removed humidity! Day 2 didn't cool very well, took a long time. Day 3 had a party and it barely cooled us off. 2 days later, turned on. Two hours later, unit blowing cold air, but garage still not cooled down. It took a few tries to set up the wifi, but I got there eventually. Now, the customer support, that's another thing. I hope I don't even need to contact their customer support, because their phones are only available 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, all in the middle of normal business hours. That is to say, 1PM-4PM, Monday-Friday. Or at least, that's what the recording said. Thank goodness for Amazon's tech support team though. ... show more
