The safe itself is a good safe. I had to create some new mounting holes where I installed it, and using expensive, high quality bits, it was hard to drill through. The app actually works fine. It does. We have iOS. The app is the only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5. It could be easier to set up and have more features like allow the key holder to remote unlock. You have to make sure you allow all access that it requests for it to work. It does seem to eat batteries, after maybe… 15 entries I’m down to 66% on the four AA batteries. I needed a little safe to store keys in that one of my employees could access in my absence. It came with a dent on one corner. Also, the reason I'm not giving more stars is I had a hard time with the instructions. I finally got it to work. There's an app or your phone. It shows what's going on with the safe, but one cannot remotely lock and unlock the safe with the app. For the price, this is not a bad unit. The instruction manual was not very clear. It took me a while to figure out how to open the safe. It's my first time getting a safe so there's no other product for comparison. Since it needs 4 AA batteries which didn't come with the product, I'm waiting to recharge my batteries before I can try the alarm function. For now I just use the keys to open/lock the safe. Everything looks good so far. The key/lock part is plastic, which I'm not sure is supposed to be. May update the review later after using it for some time. ... show more

Took quite a few attempts to get it to sync to my phone. Since that time, it has worked well. One note is that it is not constantly connected to WiFi. But as soon as a button is pushed or the safe is tilted, it attempts to connect to WiFi. As soon as a successful connection is made (around 10 seconds), the alerts come through immediately. The alarm also works as expected when the door is opened for too long - which also triggers a phone alert. ... show more

It's good value for money, It's small and neat and fitted in where it needed to go nicely, it does feel a little flimsy in places but I'm happy with it for the price.This safe is easy to install as it has holes in the back and the base, therefore can be wall or floor mounted. It comes with four strong bolts and fixings. All you need is a drill and a screwdriver or socket set, as the bolts have a phillips screw head and traditional bolt head. ... show more

I put it under the counter for casher, when busy time I need some change I don’t have to looking for the Kay to open it , I only use my iPhone to open it, so easy and quickly.
