Bought Items as a gift Knife Sets, Sharpener and Under Cabinet shelf's TUO Knife Set 7 piece and steak knife's Nice looking, Very Thin, Sharp, 56 RC (soft) but easy to sharpen 5" Utility had bad tooling marks on the bottom and they couldn't replace just the one. Replaced the whole set and the replacement 5" Utility was even worse. grind is not the same on each side 8-12 except for Nakiri and the smaller knifes included block looks nice but not to functional, Have to move block from under cabinet to use and the point of the knifes hit the bottom when you put them in have to be very careful. also sharp and thin knifes will have a tendency to dig in on plastic boards and the balance point is pretty far back because of the G10 fiberglass handle Green Elephant Ceramic Knife Sharpener Made the knifes sharper you can still see original grind marks on one side (vertical marks) after about 50 strokes per side (will cut paper, not so much for hair) Perfect for sharpening not too smooth made a plastic cone for the angle (will get another outside fishing use) The Drop Block Under Cabinet shelf's Very nice product (would buy again) magnets and plastic blocks are secure and strong the inside width is 9" so my steak knifes were 9.5" had to mount on angle Paper template is not very good have to cut to fit for shelf's that are close to the size (holes are good) template needs to be re-designed with lines that simulate the minimum shelf and springs areas and the Knape and Vogt hinges should be bent the other way so you can see what you are doing (like other reviewer suggested)

These knives are very beautiful to look at. They aren't really Damascus Steel, but are German Steel with a laser engraved blade. They're highly polished and look great in their very unique block. My girlfriend loved them as a gift. I liked them enough to buy another set of Tuo knives for myself.

I gifted these to my boyfriend since he loves cooking and let me tell you! He is obsessed with them. He loves how sharp and efficient they are. Also they looks beautiful and elegant in a way!! I’m getting myself some too!

These are okay. I don’t know if they’re worth the price. The knives are decent, but the holder came with a few imperfections like dents and bubbles. The way the knives sit in the holder is a bit awkward too but overall they’re not terrible.
