TUO sells wonderful knives, I believe I've bought 3, maybe 5, now. They are nice looking, easy to hold, easy to wash, and stay sharp for a long time. The paring knife is just the right size, not too small and not too big - perfect for cutting out the inside of bell peppers (something I find myself doing 2-3 times a week as it is a staple for a snack in our house!).
