This is the first time using this type of machine. It was pretty simple to set up and use. Since I don't have a colored printer, I printed a black and white design, transferred it to the cup and had my daughter color it afterwards. She loved doing it and now has her very own personalized cup! The transfer was smooth, instructions clear and the process neat and quick. I like that it fits multiple (many) sizes and finishes like glass and ceramic. My parents host an annual summer bbq for the grandkids and they wanted me to make personalized mugs for each of them.
