Got it a couple days ago. Not my first cup press, but different than the one I had before so I followed the seemingly silly note on it specifying to not heat it up without a cup in it. Counterintuitive much? Anyway. I pressed two cups. It worked fine. I unplugged after use and plugged back in a day or so later and got an E1 error code. Contacted product support and now I’m sending it back.

It doesn't close all the way on the larger cups so a full design isn't attainable. The instructions are easy, but maybe too easy. They don't go into depth on the way to set up the different levels of pressure or heat. And if you've never used a tumbler press its not intuitive either. There is very little online support too. The product worked well, but it's a lot of trial and error. And since tumblers and sublimation isn't cheap, it's hard to see all the work go to waste.
