The biggest problem is the locking mechanism. To get the right pressure on a 20oz skinny tumbler it doesn’t allow you to press it and then unlock it. It’s too tight to unlock. But if you make it lose enough to unlock, the pressure is too light and you’ll have ghosting on the top and bottom. I would not recommend on this alone. The timer does not automatically start upon closing or stop upon opening. Which is very inconvenient and inefficient. I will say the 1 thing I like is that you can set 4 different modes. However each time you turn it off/ on it goes back to the 1st setting. I will be returning and buying a different one to replace the one I had that died on me. ... show more

It doesn't close all the way on the larger cups so a full design isn't attainable. The instructions are easy, but maybe too easy. They don't go into depth on the way to set up the different levels of pressure or heat. And if you've never used a tumbler press its not intuitive either. There is very little online support too. The product worked well, but it's a lot of trial and error. And since tumblers and sublimation isn't cheap, it's hard to see all the work go to waste. ... show more
