The media could not be loaded. I am new to sublimation and researched forever for the perfect tumbler press. It couldn't be easier than this. I always keep a ruined tumbler in it when it's heating. The video tutorial doesn't show that but instructions on machine say to use it. The one I used happened to catch fire when I tried to sublimate in a toaster oven haha. Every cup/mug/tumbler/glass can that I've done has turned out great. When I messed up one of the pre-sets on accident, customer service replied immediately with a solution. I highly recommend this easy to use auto tumbler press!

It’s a great little low cost start up press. It sublimates great. Love that it has preset times and temps! It is a little hard to close but well worth the price. I did have to YouTube directions. Thought I had to keep a mug in while warming up. Found out I do not. The no heating up with out a mug confused me. Just needs better directions. Over all a great little affordable press.

Overall I love this press. It's easy to use and heats evenly and consistently. My only complaint is that it is hard to open when it's under pressure. I have started keeping a small rubber mallet next to the press to tap the handle, which solved the problem. All in all it's a great, affordable, portable press and I love it. I do wish it were available in a color other than violent yellow, lol.

I bought this a year and a half ago. I didn’t open the box, (I know, that’s my fault) but just went to take it out and the screws that screw into the tightening knobs are stripped, so every time I try to loosen the pressure it unscrews from the heat pad. The only way to get it to screw in correctly is to tighten the pressure all the way and then it doesn’t even close and nothing fits. Piece of junk. Don’t buy.

The media could not be loaded. My daughter bought this for her tumblers she makes...she loves this machine. It transfers sublimations amazingly... Gets the job done clear and presise. She does 3D subs ..frosted glass,metal tumblers .. ...she is very happy with this product.... It does get very hot , be careful if there are lil ones running around Highly recommend with 👍👍

I've been using this product for a few months now and it works great. My tumblers come out perfectly after pressing at 365 for 45 secs (rotate and press again for full wrapped images). It's well made, durable, and really easy to use. The free tape and glove is a nice addition as well. Looking forward to seeing what other products this company releases as I'm interested in expanding my printing.
