I have had this done professionally, and this compares very favorably to that experience. It takes time but if you keep consistently using it, you do see a reduction in hair. It's a great value for the cost and is extremely easy to use. There are several levels so if you have any skin irritation, you can lower the power. I use the second level power and have had just a little bit of flakiness of skin in some areas as a result. This is a high quality product and I highly recommend using it.

This really didn’t work for me. I used it very regularly, several times a week ever since getting it a month ago and so far have noticed no difference in hair growth. I think the device seems to function correctly but is weaker than other products on the market which makes it significantly less effective. I decided to just shell out the money to buy a better one elsewhere, but it’s too late to return this one now. I would recommend just springing for the more expensive option rather than wasting your money on this one.

Unfortunately this doesn't really remove hair for me. It seems to clean things up for the day but definitely no permanent removal. I had spent a small fortune on permanent laser hair removal ages ago so I know when the process is working or not. To be fair even the permanent laser removal done by a professional with a sophisticated laser was not truly permanent otherwise I would not be in the market for an at home solution years later. The cooling feature is nice but the light is not strong enough for permanent removal, good for very temporary clean up only.

I really wasn't sure what to expect. Hopefully not getting something that doesn't work. Very pleasantly surprised! Ive had this 2 weeks and all I can say is ... WOW!! My main target is the facial hair. For other ladies like me, as we get older facial hair just appears. Boy, howie does it show up. 😳 Well, I can say after just 2 weeks in, its all but gone! 🥰 I have a few "stubborn ones" but they're not as coarse and dark like they were 2 weeks ago. I have started on my bikini area .... and having the same fantastic results!! 😊 Give it a try ... follow the directions and you will not be disappointed!!!

This machine is very handy, I can hold it pretty nicely with my small hands. The instructions are described very detailed and come with figures to illustrate how to use it properly. The box also comes with the charger and black glasses to protect your eyes from the laser. I can only use level 2 (intensity) and it feels a little hot after I run it for 1-2 minutes so I have to turn on the ice mode to cool down a bit before continue to use it.

I was quite disappointed with this item. I used it for about two weeks or more, and I never noticed the hair going away or getting thinner on my chin area. I don’t know if I didn’t do it long enough or what but it’s very time-consuming to do so I think I will stick to using a razor and not try other products.

My skin is fair, my hair is dark. After using this daily for about six weeks, my chin hair is growing just as vigorously as ever, plus my skin is irritated from daily shaving. I had professional laser hair reduction done about 10 years ago. The annoying hair totally diisappeared until about a year ago. I was told at the time this would happen, so I wasn't surprised. When I saw this product, thought it would save me some time and money, but since it's done nothing, the joke's on me. I've quit using it and gotten the tweezers out.
