Product Care Instructions: In order to protect your mattress from stains and spills, we recommend using a mattress protector. This will also help with the overall health and lifespan of your mattress., To clean your mattress, we suggest applying baking soda to the soiled area and letting it stand for about 15 minutes. Then, vacuum and repeat as needed. It's important that you also air the product out as much as possible., We do not recommend applying liquids to the product. Applying liquids may stain the fabric and could potentially make the soiled area worse. Moisture or chemicals applied directly to the mattress can cause premature breakdown of the foam and damage the product.

    • Very comfy and no motion transfer
Style: 12" Mint Size: King
This is a very comfortable and supportive mattress. We had a Brentwood Home Cypress Mattress before in a smaller size and loved it but they don't make it anymore. There is basically no motion transfer, so one person moving does not wake the other person up. We let it decompress in a spare room for a day or two before sleeping on it. It did not have any residual smells and did not set off our Air Doctor. Also, it was a manageable weight for two people when moving. We tried the Avocado Green Hybrid pillow top and were not comfortable on that at all. It may be the best option on the market, especially for a safe non-toxic mattress and is relatively affordable. ... show more

    • Very different feel from my plush memory foam mattress, but still a good mattress
This is an update to my review below now that I have slept on it for a week. It is comfortable, sleeps cool, and I feel good with no back pain in the morning. Overall a good product if you don't want that memory foam feel. The only reason I deducted one star is because I prefer the feel of a memory foam mattress, but that is just a personal preference. I'll give it a few more weeks before deciding whether I want to return and get a memory foam mattress or just keep it. I had a plush 13" memory foam mattress for 14 years. I loved it for 13 years, but during the last year it was sagging, and I would wake up sore. T&N Mint has excellent reviews here, so I decided to give it a try, since it has a 100 day trial period. The quality appears very good and it was very well packed, but it is a very different experience than my memory foam mattress that I loved. I feel like I sleep on top of this mattress instead of in it. I also don't feel like it envelops my body like the memory foam did. I much prefer the feel of memory foam, however, I'm going to give it 30 days like they recommend and then make my final decision. I will also update this review to provide feedback for those that are coming from a plush memory foam mattress. ... show more

    • Best night sleep in months!
Style: 12" Mint Size: Full
I absolutely love this mattress!! My shoulders quit hurting, my hips quit hurting, I stopped tossing and turning. It's only been 4 nights and I am sleeping wonderfully. My only complaint is it took 3 weeks to get it. If you are in the market for a new mattress, this is it! I let it expand for 2 days before I put it on my bed frame and didn't notice any smell. ... show more

    • Plush AND Supportive???
After losing some weight, (from about 250lbs to 200lbs) my old, firm memory foam mattress had me waking up with moderate to severe hip pain every morning. I was nervous about spending this much on a mattress in a box, but was pretty impressed by what I read about it, both from users and on Consumer Reports. Finally, after about a month of debating, I took the plunge and ordered. On arrival, I opened it up on the floor and let it set up for a little over 24 hours before sleeping in it. I'd read some reports of odors when the mattress was just opened, but detected none whatsoever, myself. One week in, I feel comfortable saying that this mattress is worth every penny I paid for it. Sleeping on my side or my back, I sink in just enough, but still feel well supported and it does stay cool just like they claim. No regrets here. ... show more
