The media could not be loaded. I needed solar motion lights on our chicken coop & run area to spotlight when predators approach and these have worked great. We have turkeys locked in the covered run at night and you can see in the video the spotlight engaged when the fox came close enough to the run on the rear side and then engaged my 2nd spotlight when it ran over to the right side. I installed the lights on the coop facing away from my security cameras to avoid a washout when engaged. The motion sensors pick up pretty good. These lights have really helped us see our blind spots on the far side. They mounted really easy in seconds and still working. I'll update my review if they begin to become defective. So far still good.

I wanted to wait a while before writing a review of these lights just to make sure they weren't one of those purchases that fails a couple of weeks after installing, but they proved me wrong. Easy to install (even though the screws and plugs that were supposed to be in the package weren't there, we used what we had available at home), and work flawlessly. The dim light that comes on with darkness is not very bright, but it's not supposed to be. It's bright enough to see the area around it, kind of like a big night light. When the sensors sense movement, they respond so quickly with that amazing bright light, that you can see exactly where you're going. They come on without a problem with adults and when a pet is about 15 feet away, they come on quickly. Even though we've had some cloudy rainy days lately, the lights didn't act like there was any shortage of solar power. We have the two lights in an enclosed area that's about 30' x 20', and the lights are more than sufficient to light the entire area. Highly recommended, make sure you charge them in the sun for two days before turning them on and mounting.

One motion light was mounted on a south-facing exterior wall, directly over the sunroom door. The other was mounted on an exterior west wall, in less than optimal sunlight. After aiming the sensors, lights, & solar panels, both work well at night. Light output is bright white. One concern is the way the light housing is attached to the mount - it's simply slipped over the mount w/o a screw to secure it from being blown up/off the mount in gusty winds. Time will tell.

Given the (low) price point of these solar lights (2 in the package), I wasn't sure how good they'd be, but I took a chance based on reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at how bright they are! Out of the package, I set them in a well-lit area on my porch for a day to ensure they were well-charged before mounting them. I was drilling into a brick wall (appreciated another review with a tip to drill into the mortar between bricks, not the bricks themselves) which took some time (two mounting screens for each light), but once that was done, mounting each light was quick and easy. That evening I was pleased with how light and bright that side of my house is now, as the motion-detection worked well. I do wish the lights stayed on a little longer once motion is no longer detected (the lights shut off within 30 seconds when there is no more motion detected), but I'm sure my neighbors do appreciate that they shut off quickly.

I really like these sensor lights. I left them in the sun for 3 days before I hung them on the wall. They come in off position. The most important thing is you must find the best spot for sun lights. My house is in the rural area with many trees around my driveway. The garage wall gets about 3-4 hours of direct sunlight. I am hoping that will be enough. I decided to hang both lights above my garage door. I measured the width of my door and marked where the holes should be drilled. I made sure the holes would be on the mortar between bricks. MAKE SURE YOU USE MASONRY BITS AND NEVER DRILL ON THE BRICK!! Always start with a smaller bit. Don't pound too hard on the plastic anchors. Use a bigger size bit if you need a wider hole. I used only 2 screws. Having 3 options is nice. I used mode 3 (You need to slide the button behind the unit to the right side). Dim lights when it is dark. Bright lights when sensors detect a moving object for 30 seconds. If you stand where sensors detects you the lights stay bright. You need to move a bit to have them bright again. That is great when you have visitors coming and leaving after day lights. I am curious what happens during winter when the sky is mostly cloudy. I may change the mode to #1. I am considering getting another set to keep the deer away from my wife's hosta plants. (The first picture shows when lights are dim all night.. The second shows when sensors detect a moving object.) Not 5 stars yet. Time will show how the lights operate in cloudy days. Edit (Oct 21 2023): I am adding another star. Last few days have been cloudy and rainy where I live. Regardless, the lights are holding up. Dim lights in the dark and bright lights when sensors detect moving objects, people, cars, animals. I have both lights above my garage door. I assume one fixture was enough. The area around my house and driveway is heavily wooded. I felt I could use both lights on the same wall. Very pleased so far.

Nice bright lights and easy to install. One of the pair still works great, but after 2 months one works erratically, but mostly not at all. The seller states they are committed to customer service, but I can't find any contact information. I'm hoping they will reach out after seeing this review. If not, I'll be stuck with a bad light.
