I buy these because I love the sturdy buckles. We have never been disappointed. Our dogs wear wireless fence collars all day and we remove them when the dog doors are locked and they are tucked in at night. So the buckles are important because that's on and off every day. I ordered one when the original product's buckle broke on one of our dog's collar. I was so impressed that when we purchased new wireless monitors I bought these collars for both of our dogs! I've actually bought quite a few of these now. I have 2 dogs and they're contained by an invisible fence. This brand hasn't actually failed me yet with broken buckles, which is why I keep buying them - but they do seem to wear out relatively quickly, with frizzed ends and the color fades terribly fast. That said. I keep buying them because they do stay attached, and that's important - I've had other brands fail at the buckle, then my dogs eat and destroy a $300 electronic receiver. ... show more
