Not a bad lens at all. Especially for the price. I bought this for some astrophotography in the Chisos Mountains area of Texas. As you can see, the photos are out of focus, but that's my fault. In my many photos, I noticed very little noise. And the clarity was exceptional.

Lovely lens that does everything you ask of it! Fast 1.8 aperture and lightweight. Great for lowlight and corner to corner sharpness stopped down. Faster auto focus than the TTA 27mm 2.8!

When my lens arrived, I tested it out on my Fuji XT-30ii. The lens was unable to focus on any focus setting. I wanted to verify there was an issue with the lens, so I also tested on my XT-50 to no avail. After a quick google search, I found other users had run into the same issues due to the lenses rear element shifting out of place during transport. I inspected my lens & sure enough, the rear element on my lens was shifted out of place. After gently placing the element back in place, the lens is able to focus and shoot photos as designed. The aperture ring also feels quite sticky, but this does not stop the lens from adjusting or taking photos. Recommended, but with caution.

Incredible price/quality ratio. I love the manual focus. I have 4 other genuine Fuji lenses, I use this 95% of the time.
