My wife gave me the feedback for this review. She thought this was a very well thought out and designed backpack made with quality materials and workmanship that showed a positive quilted fabric style. It has the look and feel of a high end backpack at a very economical price and is a very good value. This backpack is well designed to make the different demands using this backpack very easy. All the panels used to construct the different compartments contain foam padding. The fabric on the back panel that comes in contact with your back has extra padding and is a ventilated fabric. The exterior quilted material appears to be very durable and easy to clean. And it is a nice touch to have the one small simulated leather accent on the front. The interior fabric seems to be very functional for this backpack but it is lighter than the fabric you would find in a much more expensive pack. She is looking forward to using this backpack for our travels to Mexico and Switzerland this spring. The back compartment is for laptops, tablets and kindles and the back panel has slight foam protection. There are 2 pockets that fit her 15-1/2" laptop in both pockets and has a velcro fastened tether to hold them in the pocket. The laptop is 14-1/8" x 9" x 5/8" and anything larger would probably not fit because it gets very tight up in the corners with the slight tapered backpack layout. This compartment allows for full opening for easier TSA inspection. Only the double zipper on this computer compartment allows for a possible lock. The main compartments is approximately 11-1/2" wide at the bottom and 10-1/2" wide at the top due to the slight taper design and 16" tall and 4" deep. There is an open top full width and depth pocket on the back panel and a zippered 7-1/4" x 5-1/4" shallow pocket on the front panel. The insulated foil compartment is a minimum 10" x 10" x 1" and can take larger items when pushing out the compartment. There are 2 zippered pockets on the front face of the backpack. The bottom zippered pocket is approximately 9" x 9" x shallow with two 3-1/2" x 5" open top pockets and a removable key tether. The top zippered pocket is approximately 8-1/4" x 6-1/4" x shallow. There is a hidden zippered 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" x shallow pocket on the back face. There is also a strap to hold your backpack on your extended suitcase handle and a tether hook/handle. The padded straps are 2-1/2" wide to comfortably carry the backpack weight. There are water bottle holders on each side. The picture shows a 3" diameter aluminum water bottle but she was able to get up to a 3-1/2" diameter bottle to fit. She is very impressed with this stylish economical backpack that she considers to be a very good value.

I’m genuinely blown away by the quality of this backpack. Right out of the box, the first thing you notice is how incredibly soft it feels to the touch — the quilted nylon exterior has a luxurious, almost puffy hand-feel that’s both stylish and comforting. The stitching and construction are top-notch — clean, even, and clearly built to last. Every seam and zipper area looks thoughtfully reinforced. The zippers are smooth, sturdy, and have a really premium action (love the gold-tone hardware and the SBS branded pulls — they feel high-end without being over-the-top). This bag is super travel-friendly and perfect for moms, dads, school, diaper bag or even bag for pilots, flight attendants, or anyone living out of a suitcase. It’s very lightweight yet surprisingly roomy. The main compartment opens wide (clam-shell style) with a beautiful cream satin-like lining and multiple elasticated pockets plus a central webbing strap to keep everything secure. There’s even a hidden flat pocket behind the lining — ideal for a passport, phone, keys, boarding pass, or cash. The back panel has thick, breathable sweat-mesh padding and a wide strap across the middle for hanging on your carry on or checked baggage handle. The shoulder straps are well-padded too. Bonus points for the detachable plastic carabiner/key leash inside one of the pockets — such a thoughtful touch for keeping keys or a small flashlight handy. I especially love the insulated cooler compartment (foil-lined and zippered) — great for snacks, drinks, or even keeping makeup/meds at the right temperature during long trips. There’s also a dedicated sunglass pocket (soft-lined, internal) and what looks like easy-access external slip pockets for quick grabs. One expandable bottle or travel mug pouch on each side! Another huge plus: the laptop compartment is lockable (hidden zipper with grommets for a small TSA lock), and the whole bag compresses down nicely so it can easily serve as your personal item or expansion/“additional” bag under the seat when you need to pack light. For the price, this is an absolute steal. Inexpensive does not mean cheap — the materials, attention to detail, and smart design make it feel like a much more expensive brand. AAA+ in my book. Highly recommend — this has quickly become my go-to travel backpack. If you’re looking for something soft, lightweight, organized, durable, and genuinely useful for frequent flying, grab this one. You won’t regret it! 🚀✈️
