This scooter is absolutely worth the price. As a parent, I recommend it enough for teens. I've tested it 30 times, including emergency braking at top speed, and the brakes performed 100% responsive and safe, only a little discomfort is felt, but it's completely acceptable. It's a well done scooter for my kid.

*** Update. After just two weeks of riding the scooter the back fender completely broke off. Since it was still within the return window, we reached out to the company to return it. They asked for pictures and video of what happened. We sent those, then we received a prepaid return label and were preparing to return it, but they sent another email stating we would not be receiving a full refund due to seeing the wear on the wheels from use. Like really? We weren't supposed to use it? My daughter uses the scooter to get to and from school which is only 1/4 a mile away. We are trying to get new parts at least delivered to us so we can repair the scooter. We paid extra for the asurian warranty, but when we tried to file a claim they said since it's still within the return window they can't do anything yet. Scooter works good, but we had to fix some things. After a couple days of use, I noticed a cable sticking out of the back wheel. I flipped the scooter upside down to check it out and noticed that a few metal parts that go under the back wheel guard were not even screwed on. There were no screws holding them in place! I put the cable back under the metal pieces, bought screws, and put them where I could. Some places I could not screw into unless I took the wheel completely off. So, it was something that should have been done upon assembly in the factory. Some other screws have gotten loose over time and I feel I am constantly having to tighten things on it. I guess you get what you pay for.

purchased for my 11 or old son and seriously exceeded my expectations for the price . guilty built and this thing rips !!! long lasting charge !!! tires wear fairly fast , but my son also likes burn out , so its to be expected and hes differently putting this thing to the test !! he's gotten it up to 21 MPH ( again hes 11 ) great casual use for bigger kids or adults. My son has zero complaints and even the adults have " Goofed off on it "" I would say definitely worth the purchase !

This electric scooter is a good one but the only bad thing about it is the brakes. The brakes drift if you slam them. But it goes 22mph vary ease to use good battery life and only $160.

This electric scooter has impressed me. It was quick to assemble with just needing a few screws to lock it in. It's small and compact with the bar being able to fold for easy carriage and storage. It comes with 3 speeds which include a strolling speed, which is convenient for crowded areas with lots of pedestrians. The high speed included is great for traveling and I need to get there quickly. Reaching up to 20 mph on flat ground and going fast uphill. There is also the built-in headlight that turns on automatically when it is night time and you can turn it on and off with a single click of the button. Convenient with its 4-hour charging time and 15-mile mileage, I can go almost anywhere without worrying about running out of power. There's even a hook on the handle to help with carrying anything with a handle like a backpack or a bag of groceries.
