This is the third TST scooter we purchased. My son has been riding his HiBoy for a few years now and has realized he needs a scooter with rear wheel drive and larger tires and suspension. Both my husband and myself have this same TST model and use it for camping and running around Key West without having to worry about parking. Top speed is not crazy. Love the product. So much so that I bought another one, the same one after someone stole my daughter’s. She uses it for transportation from class to class and other locations. She said she rode it for 3.5 miles to her doctors appointment not knowing it was quite some ways from campus. Reliable!!!

King of Cost Performance Advantages: Affordable price ($260) Sturdy build (solid construction) 10-inch tires (front inflatable, rear solid) Speed (22 miles per hour on flat surfaces for distances over 2 miles) I rode parallel to my daughter on her slightly larger scooter to record speed. Range (we traveled almost 12 miles, battery level showed about 50% remaining, though it seemed to drop faster below 50%) Handling slopes and speed (encountered many tunnels and 10-20% inclines; the scooter maintained speed, handling all slopes perfectly - my daughter weighs 110 pounds) Display of speed, acceleration options, headlights, etc. Brake lights (crucial for safe nighttime riding) Comes with an app (allows setting cruise control, tracking mileage, and more) Disadvantages: Inflatable tires (prone to punctures on rough terrain) No numerical lock (starts moving as soon as you kick off, so if someone cuts the cable lock I bought, they can use the scooter) Requires a short push to start Reasons for a 5-star rating: For the price, its robust construction, speed, and range, along with easy-to-use controls and a very bright headlight, make it perfect for our trips to local stores, hospitals, restaurants, and scenic trails.
