I only had the bike for a short time, but so far I'm really happy with it. Putting it together was pretty easy, i did it myself and it didnt take too long. Once I got it out on the road it exceeded my expectations. The battery has been solid, the suspension makes for a comfortable ride, and the handling feels smooth and stable. The seat could be a little softer but I like it firm. Overall, it just feels like a quality bike. The only frustrating part was the shipping. FedEx delayed my delivery several times, but I don't blame TST for that. They stayed in touch with me the whole time, answered my questions, apologized for the delays, and made an effort to make things right. If you're on the fence about buying one, I'd definitely recommend it. So far, I'm glad I chose this bike. Signed ammar

Bike is a good value for the $. Sturdy construction and looks good. A bit on the heavy side; weighs almost 100lbs. Seat is very comfortable and controls are simple and easily operated. Brakes are adequate. Customer support was top notch. I liked the black one so much, I bought the yellow one too. I didn’t give 5 stars because it should have included a horn and a tire pump; otherwise this thing is FUN to ride! I get about 40 miles to a battery in pedal assist mode 3 on very hilly roads in real world conditions. I’m 6.1 and 175lbs. 100% satisfied with this product and the brand.

Overall a great bike just this one thing bothers me no left turn signal

I bought this bike after doing extensive research on a bunch of them. The reason why I purchased this was it holds my weight and it fits my height and of all the extras that it has like the five spoke wheels which are very durable the headlight and the brake light with turn signals but unfortunately my left turn signal didn't work so I contacted the company and they replaced it with no problem. They are very serious about their customer service as most companies today tend to be very lackadaisy with it. I would highly recommend this product and this company to anyone interested in a quality product at a reasonable price

Battery will not charge
The bike was delivered on February 20th. We got it put together the next day and started charging the battery, but it will not charge. The light stays green like it is fully charged, but it is not. We have yet to be able to test the bike itself, to see if the motor etc. is in working order and the window for returning the bike is closing soon (the box it came in says 7 days to return) We called customer service and they walked us through a few things, but it did not help. They had us make a couple short videos about what was happening and email them. We were told they would get back to us in a few days. This bike was bought as a mode of transportation to get back and forth to work, and waiting for a resolution is a real hardship. Hoping and praying for a solution very soon.
