I bought this bike for my son to use it for going back and forth from school. I was apprehensive buying a E-bike never having bought one and not know what to expect once it arrived. It arrived timely and everything seemed in order. For people that are handy it's a easy setup being mostly assembled but I took it to the local shop. I was surprised at the build quality and the functionality. It looks and rides like something that would be much more expensive, it comfortable and amazing as a stand alone bike. Not only does he use it but being out of shape myself it's been my best friend in getting back on the road with the pedal assist. Customer service is excellent that got back to me in a prompt manner answering a my questions.

Bike is a good value for the $. Sturdy construction and looks good. A bit on the heavy side; weighs almost 100lbs. Seat is very comfortable and controls are simple and easily operated. Brakes are adequate. Customer support was top notch. I liked the black one so much, I bought the yellow one too. I didn’t give 5 stars because it should have included a horn and a tire pump; otherwise this thing is FUN to ride! I get about 40 miles to a battery in pedal assist mode 3 on very hilly roads in real world conditions. I’m 6.1 and 175lbs. 100% satisfied with this product and the brand.

Purchased this for my 14 yo son. He's adult male size and fits on this bike just fine. Seat is large and comfortable. Fairly easy to assemble. Good quality tires and holds a charge. He rides this about 5 miles a day and only needs to charge it every few days. He also doesn't use the petal assist very much so with the battery being used fully we feel the charge in decent. We've only had this about a month, but so far no concerns. I would like to make note that although the pictures show the rear small seat is included - it is not. I did have to work with customer service for a bit on this. They were quick to reply each time and eventually solved our issue, but it's worth noting the seat can be purchased separately or with a higher end model. Overall great customer service in the end and quality product so far.

So i bought this for around $600 n it came in like a week n it came with a broken left break and the thumb throttle sometimes get a lil stuck so u gotta make sure when u take ur thumb off you pull it back up or just replace it but setup wasnt too horrible just go watch a youtube video or something, overall this bike is pretty fun its enjoyable now if ur looking for something really fast then id say maybe choose a different bike this bike is decently fast its definitely not slow or anything but its not very very fast, also the nails on the bottom of the seat are not aligned at all i was only able to put 3 on one side but its definitely still rideable. Its a nice bike it looks nice and the battery life is insane. Its a cool bike but it a lil messed up but if ur cool with that id say buy it
