Bike is great but seat rubs inside the packaging and rubs a tear in it. Bikes works well little taller than it says it is in the picture not happy about the tear in the seat but overall good purchase.

The bike was delivered on February 20th. We got it put together the next day and started charging the battery, but it will not charge. The light stays green like it is fully charged, but it is not. We have yet to be able to test the bike itself, to see if the motor etc. is in working order and the window for returning the bike is closing soon (the box it came in says 7 days to return) We called customer service and they walked us through a few things, but it did not help. They had us make a couple short videos about what was happening and email them. We were told they would get back to us in a few days. This bike was bought as a mode of transportation to get back and forth to work, and waiting for a resolution is a real hardship. Hoping and praying for a solution very soon.

Ad and owners manual claim 28MPH top speed. Mine will only reach 20MPH on flat level concrete pedaling hard or lifting the back wheel off of the ground and using the power lever. That makes me believe it is an electronic setting and the vendor offered no help with electronic settings, only claimed it was external influence.
