We bought this bike for our son as a Christmas gift. It was easy to assemble and looks great, but unfortunately the performance has been very disappointing. The first issue was that both tires repeatedly went flat. We ended up replacing the inner tube and adding tire sealant (Slime) to both the front and rear tires just to keep them inflated. The kickstand was too long and the bike kept tilting over. We had to purchase a different kickstand. Once we were finally able to ride it, we discovered that the battery life was far below expectations. We only got about 15 miles of riding before the battery was completely drained. Overall, I would not recommend this bike. The battery performance is poor, and a replacement battery costs around $300, making ownership even more expensive ... show more

This is the third bike I've bought from this seller. I had an issue with the throttle but seller sent me a brand new one. It was easy to replace just plug and play. I put it together myself and I would recommend watching the YouTube video while assembly. It makes it super easy. I really love the bike. It's a great quality bike. The battery life is pretty good. I wish they design and sell some type of storage for the phone and a drink. Maybe some type of saddle bag would take it over the top! Customer service is really good. They were very responsive. Just got the bike, put it together and love it. The finishes are great, the bike looks very neat and is fast. It runs up to 28 miles per hour and is comfortable. The assembly was easy and it looks that is a very strong bike.

I ordered two of these bikes couldn’t believe the price comparison to all the cool stuff these things have they even have blinkers lol so when we got them, they were maxing out about 22 miles an hour and then the lady that I’ve been talking to she gave me the directions how to unlock the speed control now they go 28 miles an hour so the customer service is very very helpful. This EBike was so easy to put together with the instructions provided. It goes for a long time and we love the fact two people can sit on it together and go for rides which are always super fun on this bike. It’s a great buy. Battery life is long and the bike is super comfortable to ride.
