Bike was easy to put together. I bought this item for my son's 14th birthday and we put it together in a little over 2 hours. Instructions were easy to follow and all the tools needed were provided! He had this bike a little more than 24 hours before he ran over a staple from a staple guy and popped the inter tube. TST was quick to respond and fix the tire free of charge! So far the e bike is a 10 out of 10!

I'd give -100 stars if I could. Company has zero concept of proper shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Keeps saying it's expected to be delivered on time. On time was now 2 days ago. And they refuse to reach out or talk to me. Just keep saying wait till the 3rd. You won't get a real person. It's a robot. Good luck getting your money back or your product. Product came 2 days after initially writing this. Faulty. The shipped me late a faulty product and won't even replace it. Just forcing a refund. Electric gear box buttons don't work. They were faulty. Biggest mistake I have ever made was buying this bike. 0/5 (update) as of 5/7, the company is officially trying to bully me and charge me more money for returning a broken product even though I paid for the insurance plan which they are also refusing to honor even though I paid for it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WALK.

Really happy with this e-bike so far. Assembly was straightforward and took me about an hour from start to finish. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything fit together well. The bike itself feels solid and well made, especially for the price. I also had a question during setup and customer service responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

Overall, not a bad bike Only has a true range of full electric, maybe 25 miles tops It was delivered with a cracked screen And tube in the tire was pinched creating a flat within 10 miles Fairly easy to assemble about an hour Breaks are weak, but adequate Heavy, you don’t want a pedal lol You have to sit pretty forward otherwise you will be pulling wheelies Headlight is weak Overall quality good Real world performance 20 to 25 mile range full electric Cruises a solid 28 miles an hour Goes up, steep bridges with no problem About six hours to charge

This bike is so much fun! It looks so sleek and stylish compared to other E bikes. I get many compliments on its features. People love the off-road look in the big soft seat to sit on. Also the fat tires and suspension get a lot of reviews. Coming out of the box it is very well packed and very simple to assemble. I did have to contact Customer Service cause a pedal didn’t go on right. I actually got a real human and they fix the problem immediately and followed up with text messages to be sure everything was OK. The bike is fast! It is fun to ride in the sand the street dirt it’s a very fun bike!

This is an ADVANCED assembly project. It took me HOURS, and I’m good with assembly in general and with bikes. You need extra tools, muscle, and intuiton. There are some things that still aren’t right that I’ll need to contact auctioned service about. The assembly video is not available. I haven’t been able to test ride it yet because I’m not sure the rear wheel is safe. I’m unable to adjust it because it seems the nuts are literally welded on, they are closed so tightly. I’m not super-impressed yet, but will update my review if something changes. I’ve wondered at the lower price point of Amazon ebikes, and now I get it. I would definitely have this one professionally assembled if I were to buy it again.
