This is my first E-bike, but I am experienced with bicycles. Assembly: Assembly was pretty straightforward. All the tools were in the box. You'll probably want to use your own wrenches and screwdriver, though, as these are very cheap. The Alan keys were decent. The instructions were very clear and detailed. The other components are very sturdy and well made, as was the bicycle itself. It took me about 2 hours to complete assembly. Operating instructions: This is a big negative for the bike. For experienced E-bike people this might not be a big deal, but the controls aren't very intuitive for beginners There are no operating instructions. None. The link for the app was broken for Android. Going to the website didn't help. I finally had to watch a couple of reviews of the bike to figure out how to use the electronics and how to engage the motor. Riding: Overall I am impressed with the bike. The big tires ride very well, and the suspension is adjustable to your taste. The operation of the gears is smooth and the motor is quiet. Throttle response is a little sensitive for my taste, but the motor is powerful. The pedal assist works well and will keep you from slowing down on that one big hill. You do have to watch your balance: The seat is pretty far back and if you are leaning back and hit the throttle, the front wheel will come off of the ground. Battery: The battery is large capacity. I don't know the real life number yet as far as maximum miles per charge, but the top speed is lower than advertised: It is 20 mph. I'll have to wait and see how good the battery life is. Overall: I am very pleased with the bike so far. Everything but the tools seems to be high quality. Will it match up to a $5000 bike? Probably not, but for the money this bike was way better than I expected. Edit: The seat could use more padding! ... show more

Works great as advertised! Putting it together took a bit but overall was easy to do, instructions were simple and straightforward with pictures. The bike connected to the app so easily and smoothly! Remember it comes default class 2 which is only 20 mph. You need to unlock it in the app to class 3 to reach 30 mph. ... show more

The E bike itself is a little bit complicated to build if you’re a beginner to building E Bikes. but after you finish building the E Bike it is really nice. The battery lasts quite long and I get a decent amount of range on it. The quality isn’t the best. did come with a scratch on the kickstand and on the pedals. parts it also worked perfectly fine and it has a lot of torque on it. for the price that I got this, I’d say it’s pretty much worth it. ... show more

I’ve had this e-bike for about 12 days now, and I’m honestly impressed. I bought it mainly to avoid parking headaches in downtown and for weekend trail rides, and it handles both perfectly. Assembly was straightforward. It came about 90% assembled. I just had to put on the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. All the necessary tools were included in the box. Insane hill-climbing torque. Removable battery (huge convenience). Sturdy frame and comfortable riding posture. For the price point, considering the torque, battery size, and retro frame design, this is a steal. This bike in particular is not what they say it is first I got the bike on time but it was delivered by FedEx and we all know that FedEx is not the greatest company on doing deliveries when my bike was delivered it was broken parts thanks God the seller was awesome and it sent me all the including the motor the screen and the front lights the seller and I had a great communication so I don't problem with the seller I think he's great and understanding person my problem is with the company who made the bike because they knew the bike didn't meet the requirements they said that it goes 32 miles and it can go up to 62 miles range which is not true and they know it the bike only run 19 miles and it just gets 53 miles range so they are lied about the bike it doesn't meet the requirements that they claim to have so I don't recommend this bike at all to be honest this isn't worth 300.00 dollars I took the losses but I will never buy from this company again and I say the company that made this kind of bike again keep in mind this name Neco that's the name of the bike Chinese but I will buy from this seller because he was a really good seller ... show more
