The seller is very easy to communicate with. They have installation videos so you can operate step by step without referring to the instructions. Overall, the bike is easy to operate and install. I tried it for a week and rode it to a friend's house in another neighborhood for dinner on the weekend. I have to say that the appearance is better than the picture. Compared with the general-shaped electric bikes, it has a retro feel. The riding comfort is also good and not bumpy. I charged it about twice and rode it for a long time each time. I think the pedal assist can last longer, which is very suitable for my work needs. The speed is also as advertised. I will continue to use this electric bike and plan to take it to the camping site. This is one of the most satisfying choices I've made in recent months! Assembly wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be, and following the video instructions, I had it assembled in thirty minutes, and then it was time for the exciting ride. Obviously, the e-bike did not disappoint, it is powerful and fast with a top speed of 28MPH. The headlight is bright and the rear of the e-bike has turn signals to improve visibility at night, which is very important. Finally, the styling of this electric bike is cool - retro motorcycle style. So far, I've put about 300 miles on the bike without any problems, and overall, this e-bike is perfect for my city commute as well as short trips. Of course, if you want to ride it on the highway or on long trips, this is not a good choice.

Not bad. I carefully selected it while shopping and saw the video of this electric bike. I felt that the real thing should meet my requirements, and it is indeed the case. I have to ride 25 miles to work, sometimes farther, so I chose the 48V battery. I am still considering whether to buy another battery as a backup so that I can use it longer when I go out on weekends. By the way, this bike is very beautiful and can be easily found in the bicycle parking lot under the office building every time. I am willing to recommend it to my colleagues, but I hope they will choose other models. This one is exclusive to me.

The e bike is very well made. Assembly was easy. But, we never got it to run. Unfortunately we had to return it as we couldn't find the problem as to why it wouldn't start. Return policy went smoothly.

Just rode this e-bike, the most surprised part for me is 20*4 fat tires are enough to deal with most scenarios, no matter it is a city commute or excursion tour it can easily deal with. I used for climbing mountains and going to supermarkets. Speaking of riding experience, I like its soft cushion and front and rear triple suspension construction, it's very comfortable to drive, you can hardly feel the bumps. The brakes are also very sensitive, giving me the same feeling as a motorcycle, easy to slow down the speed. For an e-bike, I bet you're wondering what the range is, and yes, as he describes it, it's a big 48v/15AH battery, and that's absolutely true, it doesn't play tricks on you, the battery capacity is enough to get you at least 40 miles!

The bike is okay. My son likes it, but only maxes out at 21mph. Not the stated 30+mph. I have followed instructions on the online videos, as far as switching to P3, but this particular bike only goes to P2, and when changed it doesn't lock in and stays at P1. So, it doesn't even let you switch. Also, the bike was delivered without hardware to secure the seat. Because this was a graduation gift, I wasn't even going to attempt to return it. I went to Home Depot and bought nuts and locking washers to secure the seat myself. Now, I feel I need to make an appointment at a bike shop to have them do a once over on it and tune it up, change the speed, etc., which is goi g to cost more $$$.

I bought this e-bike as a birthday gift for my grandson. We got the package about 4 days later, it's light weight and not difficult to install. Let me tell you. the little guy absolutely loved it.

I honestly love this ebike, it's light weight and very easy to ride. I like to take it out for a ride when the weather is nice, the seat is soft and with the suspension front and back, you won't feel any bumps at all! The 48v 15ah battery provides a pretty strong range, and with pedal assistance you can ride up to 60 miles and beyond. The speed is 28mph and can even go faster if you are lighter than me! After having this e-bike, I've been out on it every weekend and it's changed my life!
