Writing my review after putting it together and briefly testing it. Very well packaged and components protected. I bought this ebike after watching reviews on YouTube of it. On the reviews the bikes had hydraulic disc brakes, so I kind of expected hydraulic. But I guess they have recently went to mechanical disc brakes which are cable operated to bring down the price. So that was kind of a bummer. Had trouble getting the seat on because the studs really didn't line up with the holes in the frame. Also couldn't really crank the front wheel on tight because doing so causes the disc to rub too hard in the caliper and not spin freely. I can correct that with a washer spacer in the front wheel mount but for now I just loosened the front wheel bolts enough to wear it doesn't rub and it still has the hook washers in there to keep it from falling off. Also from the factory manufacturing the headset is loose so if you hit the front brakes you can rock the front forks back and forth inside the bearings which is another thing I can fix but a bummer that I have to do that on a brand new bike. So those are kind of all of the cons. Oh one more thing, the front suspension is bearable at least but the rear suspension is pretty much non-existent because it is way too stiff. I weigh 180 lb and sitting on the bike I can't even compress the rear suspension. So plan on buying an aftermarket shock, the suspension on it is equivalent to your discount store mountain bike. But everything functions correctly and I have yet to take it out on off-road trails. Will update the review as necessary.

This bike has been amazing! We bought it for our 16-year-old son, and he was even able to assemble it himself. Even though we’ve only had it for a week, he’s only needed to charge it once so far. The bike has given him a lot more freedom and has honestly saved me so much time and money from driving him everywhere. Great looking bike, we absolutely love it, and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Highly recommend this bike!

The bike should be amazing. Had a shipping issue but was fixed and now the that it's assembled the motor doesn't work. I messaged called support which actually responded very quickly. A few days after figuring out what's wrong now I'm ghosted.... haven't heard anything for days now they won't answer my call or return them no email back no nothing. Waste of money unfortunately for something that should be 5 stars.

This bike is honestly great! I use it as my daily commuter to work through hilly back roads. Some hills being very long and big. I can get to and from work with plenty of charge left after a 23 mile round trip. I would absolutely recommend to others.
