I purchased TST R9 when I open the E-Bike it was very easy to put together followed the instructions from the video and was together 30 minutes later. I have had it for approx 2.5 weeks have put a hundred miles on this I use it to goto work shopping and fishing I have had no issues with this product I live in N. Florida whe where we have a lot of hills does not slow down it keeps on going battery life is great. And this is what really shocked me with this company a week ago yesterday I was going home from a Conference at work and I ended up having a wreck and taken to the hospital it was 2 days after I got home before I saw the bike in light where I could see any damage after the wreck I noticed that the H style handlebars were bent and I contacted toe company and they asked me for pictures and when submitted the company offered to send me one w/o charge. This company stands by their product I highly recommend the TST R9 as far as I am concerned they have a loyal customer here.

My son bought this to get outside more and it took a bit to put it together, but after he got it together, it was sturdy strong practically all of the parts are made of metal and the only thing that he that he had an issue with was the back brake sticking, but besides that all around amazing bike light is not as bright as he thought it was but still amazing bike 4/5⭐️

I liked the look of this and having received it I can say: it matches the pictures. Good solid build and easy clear instructions on assembly. Once put together (in a little under an hour) and running it was certainly comfortable to sit on and pedal around. The electric power assist makes me wish I lived within biking distance of work so I could use this everyday. And electric power alone is exhilarating up to 30 mph! So much torque!! Now I’m just waiting for the weather to warm up here so I can take it off road and really push this thing. Might have to get 1 for my wife too!

Bike is cool. Runs well and will get you from A to Z. Battery life is really random though. Will loose first bar really fast. When it gets to 2 bars it will just jump 0 really fast as well. You can go 28mph. But not without losing battery really fast. The best way to use this bike is with low PAS. The seats are surprisingly comfortable. Headlight is really bright. Turn signals are useful l. Overall it’s worth the value but there are comparable models that are more affordable

At first I was a bit skeptical, but after seeing generally positive reviews, I decided to purchase this. DEFINITELY worth the $658.48. It looks aesthetically appealing. Very fun way to commute around, tires are strong! The seat is super comfortable. The battery is fast charging. It’s easy to build. You just have to follow the directions.. I wish I could give this bike more than five stars! I’m planning on upgrading to a dual battery

Do not order from this seller. Product arrived with damage from the factory. The rear wheel had a machining gouge (see pics) that exposed the aluminum - I can expect a rust spot and excessive wear there. And it's a mechanical defect - a potential failure is lurking literally "down the road". That's the first start point of dissatisfaction. Repeated attempts and messages to seek a resolution were largely ignored. False advertising was the second issue. Product did not arrive with the equipment shown in the listing (foot pegs are shown). The phone holder is mechanically weak and prone to breakage. The chain is so flimsy that any motivated thief would be able to cut through with any bolt cutter handy. Wrt the foot pegs, Seller did not resolve that either and blamed it on their marketing staff. Third, like reported in another review (I should've listened to my gut), the front fender bolts were painted over during the powder coating process and we're exceptionally difficult to remove. If you aren't adept at removing screws after they have been powder coated over, you can forget getting them out constructively - another reviewer had to drill them out. Which means the reviewer had to go to the hardware store and obtain new screws just to mount the fender and be able to ride the bike. Lastly, Seller said they would resolve open issues in 24 hours then ghosted. I've spent well over $50K with Amazon. Interacted with a wide variety of products ranging from high tech to household goods. As a certified quality engineer, take my advice or expect disappointment - do not buy from this seller. They are dishonest and their quality is grossly diminished. You would expect that if a company/seller have quality issues, they would, at least, be diligent in responding to and applying corrective action to said quality issues. Nope. These folks just pump out poor quality and collect the consumers' money. Spend your money elsewhere. Products that cost this much have an expectation of superior mechanical quality - and this seller is not committed to the reciprocity between consumer and merchant. Again - buyer BEWARE.

I recently bought this TST ebike and it's amazing. It was easy to assemble and after connecting my phone I was able to unlock a faster speed. It is very safe and comfortable and the battery lasts a very long time. I will be buying another one for my son.
