I’m genuinely impressed with the TST R002 e-bike so far. Assembly took about an hour and was straightforward overall. Out of the box, I did have some derailleur issues with the shifting, but customer service responded promptly and sent me a detailed “how-to” guide for adjusting the derailleur myself. The adjustment worked perfectly, and they also made it clear they were fully prepared to replace the part if needed, which I really appreciated. Since getting the bike, I’ve intentionally put 20 hard miles on it to really test it out, and it has been nothing short of a blast to ride. Most of those miles were throttle-only, and the battery usage was surprisingly minimal. With the unit unlocked, I was able to hit a top speed of 28 mph, which exceeded my expectations for both performance and fun. For $599, the value for the money is excellent. You’re getting a powerful, enjoyable ride with solid battery performance at a price that’s hard to beat. Pros: * Excellent value for the money at $599 * Assembly took about an hour and was fairly straightforward * Very fun bike to ride — I’ve intentionally put 20 hard miles on it already * Strong performance with a top speed of 28 mph when unlocked * Battery life has been impressive so far, especially with mostly throttle-only riding * Customer service was prompt and helpful * Derailleur adjustment guide they sent solved the shifting issue immediately * Seller was willing to replace the derailleur parts if needed Cons: * Derailleur/shifting needed adjustment out of the box * May require some minor tuning during setup if you’re not familiar with bike adjustments * The stock taillight placement can become blocked if you install a cargo box on the rear rack. I fixed this by mounting the taillight farther back with a small bracket on the end of the cargo frame * Included Allen wrenches may not fit all hex head bolts perfectly; in my case, I had to use a separate multitool instead Overall: I’m very happy with both the bike and the seller. Once the derailleur was adjusted, the TST R002 has been an absolute blast to ride and feels like a great purchase for the price.

honestly this is my 4th e-bike, all different ones. this is the cheapest of all of them! (this being $600, my others being $800, $1100, and the other $2000) and the TST E-bike is my favorite out of all of them! has shocks, hits 28mph, good battery life, good breaks, comfy seat, and it looks the coolest of all! AND a big deal for me is the motor is much quieter than my other bikes, i love not being a nuisance lol. this is the best deal for this kind of bike for sure! my only bummer about this is i had some trouble with the assembly but i brought it to my local bike shop and they got it all tuned up! idk but i always think people’s reviews are just bots or people paid to say whatever about a product, i promise im not a bot lol. epic bike! 🔥

I’ve been really impressed with this e-bike so far. It’s compact but feels very solid and well-built, which gives a lot of confidence when riding. The torque is stronger than expected, making acceleration smooth and powerful, especially on inclines. Assembly was straightforward and hassle-free..everything came well-packaged with all the necessary tools included, which made setup quick and easy. The bike also meets all the listed specifications, which is always a relief when buying online. The battery is another standout feature. It charges quickly and holds a charge well, giving plenty of ride time without constant recharging. Overall, it’s a fun, reliable bike that delivers exactly what it promises. It is a great ebike. It has a long battery life can go really fast and is very fun to ride. I do recommend getting better inner tube. Other than that it is a great product for a young adult or just an adult. The assembly dose takes a bit longer then it says. The appearance is nice. The durability is high the head light is also nice and bright. For a ebikes that can hold 450 lbs it is probably the most cost effective ebike. The reason I did not give it 5 stares was because of the inner tube it came with I was riding on a clean city park path and the inner tube broke and I had to move a 75 lbs ebike for 2 miles. Other than that it is a great purchase and will most likely buy another bike from them.

This is a great little commuter bike with a classic, moped style, and definitely worth it for the price. If you're buying in the US, it will be regulated at 28 mph, not 30. Mine developed a slow leak in the rear tire, but customer service was very helpful and sent me a replacement tube. I've been driving it daily (15-20 mi/day) for over a month now and have had no other issues. If you're on the taller side like me, sustained pedaling won't be feasible/comfortable, but as a cruiser/commuter, it's perfect. You should plan on spending 2 hours on initial assembly, but with the included tools, everything goes together pretty easily.

The bike should be amazing. Had a shipping issue but was fixed and now the that it's assembled the motor doesn't work. I messaged called support which actually responded very quickly. A few days after figuring out what's wrong now I'm ghosted.... haven't heard anything for days now they won't answer my call or return them no email back no nothing. Waste of money unfortunately for something that should be 5 stars.

The ride is very smooth and the seat is comfortable. Sleek appearance and sturdy build. It only took my husband an hour to assemble which was quicker than the assembly of his bike.
