I’m genuinely impressed with the TST R002 e-bike so far. Assembly took about an hour and was straightforward overall. Out of the box, I did have some derailleur issues with the shifting, but customer service responded promptly and sent me a detailed “how-to” guide for adjusting the derailleur myself. The adjustment worked perfectly, and they also made it clear they were fully prepared to replace the part if needed, which I really appreciated. Since getting the bike, I’ve intentionally put 20 hard miles on it to really test it out, and it has been nothing short of a blast to ride. Most of those miles were throttle-only, and the battery usage was surprisingly minimal. With the unit unlocked, I was able to hit a top speed of 28 mph, which exceeded my expectations for both performance and fun. For $599, the value for the money is excellent. You’re getting a powerful, enjoyable ride with solid battery performance at a price that’s hard to beat. Pros: * Excellent value for the money at $599 * Assembly took about an hour and was fairly straightforward * Very fun bike to ride — I’ve intentionally put 20 hard miles on it already * Strong performance with a top speed of 28 mph when unlocked * Battery life has been impressive so far, especially with mostly throttle-only riding * Customer service was prompt and helpful * Derailleur adjustment guide they sent solved the shifting issue immediately * Seller was willing to replace the derailleur parts if needed Cons: * Derailleur/shifting needed adjustment out of the box * May require some minor tuning during setup if you’re not familiar with bike adjustments * The stock taillight placement can become blocked if you install a cargo box on the rear rack. I fixed this by mounting the taillight farther back with a small bracket on the end of the cargo frame * Included Allen wrenches may not fit all hex head bolts perfectly; in my case, I had to use a separate multitool instead Overall: I’m very happy with both the bike and the seller. Once the derailleur was adjusted, the TST R002 has been an absolute blast to ride and feels like a great purchase for the price. ... show more

If you're skeptical about getting a high-performing e-bike under a grand, the TST R002 will completely change your mind. I've been riding this thing for the past couple of weeks now, and the price-to-performance ratio is unmatched. I've been wanting a E-bike for a while now, and when I saw all the great reviews on the TST R002 and saw the great price, I was sold. I even ordered one for my brother in law that has been wanting one as well. The Build & Looks: Right out of the box, you notice the aggressive, moped-style frame. It looks sharp, has great geometry, and is built solid. The parts were packaged well too. The 20x4 fat tires combined with the full suspension frame handle loose dirt trails, bumps, and pavement beautifully. Legit Power & Range: The torque on this motor is excellent for pulling up steep hills. I put this bike through a true stress test—a continuous, 2.5-hour endurance ride covering over 30 miles—and the battery held up almost the entire way. For a single charge under heavy use, that is incredibly impressive range. Control: It handles tightly, turns on a dime, and the stopping power from the disc brakes gives you total confidence when cruising at top speed.It’s comfortable, fast, looks great, and leaves a lot of extra cash in your pocket compared to the big-name brands.     • Decent e-bike with some flaws

Writing my review after putting it together and briefly testing it. Very well packaged and components protected. I bought this ebike after watching reviews on YouTube of it. On the reviews the bikes had hydraulic disc brakes, so I kind of expected hydraulic. But I guess they have recently went to mechanical disc brakes which are cable operated to bring down the price. So that was kind of a bummer. Had trouble getting the seat on because the studs really didn't line up with the holes in the frame. Also couldn't really crank the front wheel on tight because doing so causes the disc to rub too hard in the caliper and not spin freely. I can correct that with a washer spacer in the front wheel mount but for now I just loosened the front wheel bolts enough to wear it doesn't rub and it still has the hook washers in there to keep it from falling off. Also from the factory manufacturing the headset is loose so if you hit the front brakes you can rock the front forks back and forth inside the bearings which is another thing I can fix but a bummer that I have to do that on a brand new bike. So those are kind of all of the cons. Oh one more thing, the front suspension is bearable at least but the rear suspension is pretty much non-existent because it is way too stiff. I weigh 180 lb and sitting on the bike I can't even compress the rear suspension. So plan on buying an aftermarket shock, the suspension on it is equivalent to your discount store mountain bike. But everything functions correctly and I have yet to take it out on off-road trails. Will update the review as necessary. ... show more

First time buying an e-Bike, so far it seems to be a good value for the money. Bike was packaged well, and the instructions for setting it up were easy to setup and follow. Took it on a few trails and battery life is good. Rode about 25 miles, still had plenty of charge and is very comfortable. This bike definitely does not go up to 28mph in electric mode as advertised on the sellers page. The fastest I was able to get it to go was 20mph and then the speed started slowing itself down to 17-18mph. There is a rattling noise when accelerating and the brake pads keep rubbing against the metal disc when I’m not even touching the brakes. And I did pay for an expert assembly team to put the bike together. However, they did not test the bike outside themselves before having me sign off on it. ... show more

honestly this is my 4th e-bike, all different ones. this is the cheapest of all of them! (this being $600, my others being $800, $1100, and the other $2000) and the TST E-bike is my favorite out of all of them! has shocks, hits 28mph, good battery life, good breaks, comfy seat, and it looks the coolest of all! AND a big deal for me is the motor is much quieter than my other bikes, i love not being a nuisance lol. this is the best deal for this kind of bike for sure! my only bummer about this is i had some trouble with the assembly but i brought it to my local bike shop and they got it all tuned up! idk but i always think people’s reviews are just bots or people paid to say whatever about a product, i promise im not a bot lol. epic bike! 🔥 ... show more

Bought this bike for my 15-year old son who needed transportation to get to work. It is a great bike all the way around. Very comfortable to ride with a long battery life.
