This denim jacket is amazing! I would size down because it is for sure oversized. At first when I unpacked it I could smell a faint factory odor, but it faded after using it for a couple of days. It’s so versatile and I’ve worn it with casual clothes, but it also looks great while wearing dresses too. For being oversized it’s actually quite lightweight. This is a nice, heavy jacket, but the sleeves were kind of long and it just seemed a bit heavy. I also didn't like how dark it was, compared to the other one I bought and ended up keeping. I probably could have exchanged it for a small, but the other jacket I bought and kept was perfect.

The term "over sized" used in advertising fooled me and I bought a Med instead of the Large which I usually wear. Alas, although it is a great jacket in all regards, I had to return it for the larger size to get my perfect fit. The replacement arrived and, it is beautiful in style, size and color! And, it fits perfectly! Thank you for a great product and great service! (you may want to delete the words "over sized" from your advertising - it is truly not over sized.) The best denim jacket ever. I’m 5’6 170lbs broad shoulders and long arms. I feel like this fits perfect. I’m glad I went with Amazon suggested size large. Large is my normal size. The color Is exactly what I was looking for. And fits a sweatshirt under it without feeling tight at all. Or without a sweatshirt and it doesn’t look huge. The pockets did come sewn shut but I cut the string and it’s a normal pocket, can’t even tell. Recommend. ... show more

When I bought this jacket I failed to note that it was described as "oversized" so when I took it out of its packaging, it looked just HUGE (mostly b/c of the drop off type shoulders and large sleeves) and I was sure I would need/want to return it. But surprise, surprise, I absolutely love it. I can wear a sweater or vest underneath, have plenty of room to button it if I want, and I really like the relaxed, somewhat slouchy look. It is soft yet very sturdy denim, the blue is a great color blue and goes with my nice jeans color-wise, has great lines and well sewn seams, nice buttons, huge pockets including inside pockets my husband tells me are called "Budweiser" pockets for sneaking beer into events, everything is just super. It IS made in China but apparently the Chinese have figured out that our US Mediums are not the same as their Mediums; I bought a M and am glad ( did--I am 5'5", 137 pounds.. I typically get a medium so in reality it fit "true to size". I can button from neck to hips if I choose. Really one of my favorite wardrobe items and I've only had it maybe 4 days. ... show more

This jacket is so well made and is exactly like the description. I actually purchased it because of one review which said it was good for someone more mature. It’s not cropped and has a roomier fit. I am 5’ 2” and ordered the medium and it’s a perfect fit.
