UPDATE (6/13/22) system completely gave out on me after 2 month. something inside shorted out so when i unplugged it, it wouldnt turn it back on unless i physically hit the back of the unit. the sensor shuts off after 10mins and the system cant reconnect without unplugging it and going through the whole process again. this has been my biggest regret buy off amazon in awhile. im going to really start reconsidering buying stuff off amazon as the majority of the the quality is lacking in a big way. thanks for nothing trusense. will NEVER SUPPOET YOUR PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN!! If you are looking at the smart version of this product, do yourself a favor and avoid it at all cost and get the normal version. NONE of the smart features work, the app can't even fi is the setup process which makes ALL the "smart" features completely useless!! even the app reviews are 1.0 stars as NO one can seem to get the app to work and it doesn't seem TruSens even care that their product doesn't do anything it's advertised to do. do yourself a favor and avoid any "Smart" versions of their products as they WILL NOT WORK AT ALL!! The app doesn’t actually work. CHECK THE APP store. It has a low rating. The app doesn’t work, and it won’t work with Alexa or Google. It might be a good air purifier but it’s a terrible smart device.
