While this is the most comfortable futon mattress ever, shipping was awful! It arrived in a broken box with dirt all over the mattress where box was torn. Several other areas of the mattress had quarter size stains that may have been water, glue or oil?? That said my money was reimbursed in full. The mattress was for kids to use for gaming only so decided to shampoo it and see how it would turn out. It cleaned up well except a couple of the tiny stains. We flipped it over and it serves well for 3 boys to probably stain up more anyway. A couple adults have slept on it and were amazed at the comfort. ... show more

I really like the turquoise color. It’s as comfortable as you’d expect for a futon mattress. Downside: it does have an odd smell, but it goes away. Also, the stitching in the one corner had come out. The mattress is too big to send back, so I’ll just hand stitch that back together.

This mattress is very thick and fluffed up nicely. I was surprised to see the cover was zippered on instead of sewn all around I expected it to be more permanent, especially with the yarn dimples holding it together. I am not as impressed with the comfort though. I should have bought one with springs because I feel like I am sitting on a huge pile of padding, which is literally what I am doing. I had a 20 year old spring mattress and considered trashing this and keeping the old one. For the price and fact that it is exactly as described, I do not complain.
