I needed something to fit more shoes and was more compact than my other shoe bench. This was a perfect replacement! It was very easy to setup and it’s exactly what I needed for my small apartment. I may even get the one with one more shelf but for now this is great!

So at the end it’s decent but really still just decent, I doubt this is hold up in the long run. It does store 6 pairs of men’s shoes which is a perk. It’s actually fairly small so fits in tiny spaces

This shoe rack has definitely improved our closet organization. The bamboo itself is fairly strong, however, the hinge in the center of the rack causes it to bow. You can see what I’m describing in the lower shelf. I put my lightest shoes there, but it still dips in the middle. This may be a defect and not the case with all products since the upper two seem fine. I’m just not sure why the hinge is necessary to begin with.

This was easy to assemble, however I found that the quality of the bamboo itself is poor. It is not laminated or anything, simply treated bamboo. It will chip or break easily if you are not careful when putting it together. I do not believe it to be strong enough for shoes, certainly not 3 pairs on each level - it is really that weak. However I have found a use for it to hold small Vine orders I have received.

I'm giving a 1 star review because the pictures from the seller are misleading. For the price it's a decent item but on the pictures the top legs do not have a hole and it makes a nice finish. I examined the customer pictures and sure enough they all have the holes. I thought I would give it a finish by using the tenons but the only send 3 extra. Now I will have to take my time and cut the tenons to cover the holes. Also the rack has to be carried or moved by holding the bottom or it will separate, I'm thinking of glueing them. When selling a product SHOW IT AS IS and let the customer decide. Now an easy assembly has turn out to be time consuming. If you do not mind the unfinished look or that they are not securely attached It is a nice item for the low price.
