I ordered two of these lamps to use as hobby lights to paint tabletop RPG miniatures. It's nice being able to change between both brightness and color temperature to get a range of different viewing scenarios that would occur (at the table, daylight, etc.). Really convenient to set up and intuitive use as well. Only recommendation would be to find a way to link them so controlling one controls the other, but I doubt most people are getting more than one. This light is amazing. It is tall and fits over my 27" and 32" monitors with ease. It has a wonderful warm light setting that is unmatched in any other LED lights I have seen. This is great at night as it does not hurt the eyes as much. There are several other lighting settings as well so you can be guaranteed to find one that you like. It gets plenty bright so no issue there. Also, most importantly for me is it is extremely flexible so you can make it work with any amount of space at any angle. I really like how this light folds up but is still very solid. The arms are metal, (like most swing arm lamps) but the light itself is plastic and LED so the weight isn't bad at all and it folds up relatively small. Whats really cool is that you can power the light off of an outlet, your computer or an auxiliary battery pack making this light truly portable. The power cord is a USB C so you can plug it into your phone adapter. Note: there is no USB to outlet adapter included but we all have a ton of them laying around, right? I've only had the light a couple of days so we'll see how it does over time and if the are any issues down the road. So far, I would recommend it. ... show more

It’s bright enough for me to paint, even at night without needing another light. The others just didn’t cut it. I Highly recommend this!
