Featuring the Quick Connect frame construction, many of the pipes are pre-assembled right out of the box, which allows you to build the frame in less than 3 minutes! Tools are only required to fully tighten up the hardware once you've completed the assembly steps. Start a rivalry with this two-person shootout that features 8 different game modes for never-ending fun and competition. The set arrives ready to play with four basketballs and a pump and needle. The two durable metal rims are equipped with levers that record baskets during head-to-head action. The LED electronic scorer keeps track of the points for two players and also includes a time clock. Easily control the clock and select a game mode from the free-throw line with a convenient control panel at the base of the shootout.     • Wouldn’t buy “open box” ever again
We got the cheaper “open box” option. HUGE MISTAKE. The box showed up trashed but all taped together, I was like whatever it’ll be fine. Open it up and the backboard is bent over or falling apart along the edges. It was missing 16 wing nuts, the metal plate for the back of the hoop so the partial board doesn’t break, no pump to air up the balls, among other little things. Would definitely never recommend getting the open box items. After spending an additional $50 on parts.. it’s up and it’ll do. ... show more

We ordered this for a company bbq and it was a hit. Nothing like a fun game to bring out the kid in folks. We wish it could be folded up smaller for storage but other than that it was well received.

    • Missing wing but and no extras provided.
It was missing hardware. We only took nuts/bolts/washers out of the packaging as needed for each step so nothing would be scattered on the floor and lost. I pulled out the last nuts/bolts/washers to finish the backboard and realized we were missing a wing nut. So annoying because I don’t just have extra lying around and we wanted to set it up immediately for use after surprising our daughter with it. All necessary hardware should obviously be included, but really all they need to do is add a few extras and it wouldn’t be an issue. I recently bought another item on Amazon and had a similar issue. One of the nuts was defective and wouldn’t thread on any of the bolts…and of course no extras. All companies should include extra nuts/washers so their customers aren’t left scrambling to buy extra to finish putting the product together. ... show more

    • Not a great product- many issues.
While assembling this there were broken screws. I ended up having to use duct tape because the piece that was broken was a connector to the leg. Once I got it together my kids loved it! While moving it the cord connecting to score board broke off no longer making noise or keeping score. I called customer service- they were great and replaced that part. After two months of having this the tarp that balls fall onto started to tear in the upper right hand corner. In two months this product basically became trashed from the kids playing on it repeatedly. The quality is very poor. You get what you pay for. Again, the customer service was great and ended up sending us an entirely new basketball hoop. We were not pleased with our first original product but we were happy with the customer service in fixing our issues. We would not recommend purchasing this product. ... show more

Customer service is a joke! The screen quit working after 1st day. They ordered a replacement for me but got my shipping address wrong. Told them 2 times and never corrected it. Never got the part. I ended up talking to 3 different people
