    • Solid And Well-Made - 3-inch Wheels An Important plus
The title pretty well says it all. The wheel size was an important factor to me, although I would have preferred 4 or 4.5". It should be noted that the wheels are NOT rubber, as the stats state. They are a plastic or vinyl substance. That is my only complaint.
