I have a small storage shed for pool supplies and backyard tools. 3'x5'. I built the foundation with treated lumber and I used a sealant (Flex Seal). My floors are particle board and also sealed. I got this to also go on top of the floors above the sealant. Pro's + It is really doing a great job after a week of rain here. Previously just the sealant I did find that water seemed to seep into the wood. when I checked the underside. After this week of rain, none of the particle board underneath seems wet. + I like how it looks compared just to paint. A lot of sheds you can buy don't have any floors and you build the foundation. So this makes it look a little more professional + Its thin and easy to cut to a size, (I was worried about the thinness, however after this weeks rain, no worries, it does what I need as is. Also after I cut it, I do not see any fraying of the edges after 30+ days of use Con's I don't really see any. For how I am using it, I have a combination of this AND a sealant on the wood. Would it be as good without the sealant? I don't know. But it's a great combination. Overall It's a good product that works well as flooring for a shed. For the price it's a great addition to a small shed that wont break the bank and help you preserve the floor from rot, etc. ... show more

Item: TRINEAR Outdoor Storage Shed Mat, Waterproof Storage Shed Flooring Mat, Non-Slip Patio Furniture Floor Mat, Dustproof Outdoor Carport Mat, Easy to Clean-Ideal for Protecting Your Shed Floor Packaging: Packaging was good. The mat was folded down pretty compact and sealed in plastic. Material Quality: The mat top surface is what you would expect from an outdoor/shed mat so nothing out of the ordinary here. The bottom side of the mat has like a plastic/rubber liner so it prevents moisture from penetrating from either direction which is good. Assembly/Build Quality: I did not notice any obvious flaws or artifacts which would stand out. The mat seems to be well constructed. Marketing Material: The images posted with this listing (at the time of this review) represent the product well. There is no misrepresenting here and everything is as it looks in the picture. It is a little odd that there are a couple pictures where the mat is under the entire shed whereas I would think it would line the inside of the shed but, hey, use it as you like. Functionality: The mat functions just fine as a floor mat in a shed or other work area. I am actually using it to line my doghouse floor for my dog. The doghouse is plastic and so it really helps to cut down on the loud, echo noise inside the doghouse. Works well as a sound dampener. Price: This item is listed (at the time of this review) for $23.99. I don’t really have a frame of reference for this as this is the first mat of this type I have gotten but this price seems reasonable to me. Likes: I like the fact that it really helps to cut down on the noise inside whatever space you use it in. Dislikes: No real dislikes here that I have. Overall: I would recommend this item if you are looking for a good floor cover solution for an outside shed, workspace or like in my case, for covering the floor of a doghouse. My husband and I were interested in this mat to put underneath rubber floor tiles in a gym space we were creating in our home in order to workout. The mat provides an extra layer underneath the rubber tiles and helps keep the rubber tiles together. The mat features a waterproof backing on one side and a felt material on the other. The mat is thinner than we imagined, but if you needed to adjust its size, you could cut it with scissors. We have the 8x8 size and ended up folding it in half, then putting our rubber gym tiles on top. For our purpose, this mat is sufficient.     • Good Quality Mat For A Variety Of Uses ...

Got this in thinking it could b used for a doorway mat which the size of 3x5 would've fit perfectly - found that not the case. It slides on concrete, tile, or anything smooth due to its backing. Yea its anti-slip but only on top - not down under. SO I had also been thinking of just putting it to use out in the shed which is also on concrete. Thou it would've been fine in tat scenario - I park a lawn tractor in there and since this is so thin n lightweight it'd probably move while driving in n out - but it remains an option - the tractors on a 5x5 vinyl mat now which still works well. SO I opted to a 3rd choice - to use it under my custom bike in the garage which is fine for its size. Thou its on concrete it'll stay stable while the bike does. As far as any magical oil spills that may take place even thou the bike happens to b currently leak free - doubt this is for em thou would contain em. Since I already had a 2x3 oil mat just for that purpose under it prior to this mat - thats now on this and both in black appear well together. At a later time I may just cut this up for tool shelf liners down there - its versatile n thin enough. Overall its worth its value thou wasnt what I had wanted it for at the get go. ... show more

This thing has put up with the abuse so far! It is thicker than a plastic tarp but thinner than a mat. I think it would be easy to hose out but have not actually tried it yet. I wasn’t sure if I liked it at first but now having had it for awhile I am glad I bought it. I use it to help insulate my closed in porch. It has a cement floor and in the winter can get a bit chilly out there so I got this to help (along with a few other things to help insulate). Seems to be working pretty well and has been seeing daily foot traffic from people and dogs. No signs of wearing yet. For around $20 (at the time of this review) I think it is well worth the money. ... show more

Very thin, felt like mat. It will probably absorb any type of liquid and probably won't last long. I ended up cutting it to fit under my large dog kennel to help slide it away from the wall when cleaning. It helps prevent my floors from getting scratched.
