Great floor rack. Everything packed nice. Impressive the assembly bolts should be at least 5/16" and it is so solid. We have two mountain bikes and a kid’s bike. Always a problem owing bikes without kick stands. Now my garage is more orderly having my bikes tucked out of the way on a solid platform. One suggestion, assemble loosely, then tighten! loosely install all the fasteners first. This allows all parts to go together since design tolerances of the assembly are pretty tight. Once everything is together, tighten all the screws. Some are complaining that this item does not assemble together properly - they did not loosely assemble first, then tighten everything together after everything was assembled. Adjustable wrench is useful for the large bolts. Overall it is a great value, nice powered coat, very well made and sturdy. ... show more

    • Bad fitting parts rendered build impossible

The support bars were supposed to fit into brackets that screwed to the base bars. Unfortunately the round support bars were sized bigger than the brackets by at least 1/4” and so you couldn’t screw it together. We had to return it. We’ll find another solution.
