This jack is pretty unsafe. The top piece that contacts the vehicle is made of plastic and will no doubt crush when any weight is put on it. The jack i got had no grease whatsoever in the planetary gears, so will wear out very quickly! There are plastic and metal gears inside. The big metal gear was loose and did not mesh well with the small metal gear at all. The jack is very unstable and will need some support to be safely used. On the bright side, the motor seems to run well, and the jack does contract and expand like a scissor jack should. The stop switches do work as they should. In my opinion, this jack is not made to last and i believe is unsafe to use, for what i needed the jack for. I had to return it, unfortunately :( ... show more

It is easy to use, easy to connect and plug in to the lighter. Seems slow, but will lift good. Comes with 2 different lift units, so you can adjust which to use depending on the height. I like it!
