This is a great computer. I selected it due to its specifications and the feedback from previous purchasers. The performance is awesome, and it has not given me any issues. Some of the other Mini PCs in this price range I looked into had older generation hardware components and I wanted a computer that would be a great performer for at least five years. Not having any previous experience with this manufacturer and not knowing what technical support would be like, I purchased the Asurion 3-year Warranty service for it. My Mini PC arrived quickly, it was packaged well, and the out-of-box experience was impressive! Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase of this Trigkey Mini PC.

Ran into so many stupid issues with this computer that I am just going to cold return it and never look back. It was nice while it lasted but I am never coming back. First had driver issues with the AMD chip, even with latest drivers and bios amdkmdag.sys kept crashing. Then reset bios to default optimized settings, which then proceeded to shut off my computer when it went under load due to Kernel Error 41. This thing will not work as you expect it to, even though it will seem like it at first. I really tried. I gave it everything I had and it will not function. Truly, truly disappointed. Absolute garbage of a machine.

The only complaint with this is that it gets pretty hot and loud. If you get this you should download RyzenAdj or a similar software and set the wattage to 30W. I see no difference in performance but it has dropped my temps from around 88C idle to 65C in games. I have a 2080 super connected externally via the m.2 port on the bottom which is conveniently placed for a use case like this. For the money it’s pretty decent but I wish the had fine tuned the system so it didn’t get so hot straight out of the box.

I have this powering my blue iris (security camera) and file server. I upgraded because my old server was always at 100% cpu and ram usage and started crashing too often. This one doesn’t even break a sweat, even with multiple 4k cameras and full AI video/image detection woth alerts, the cpu and ram usage remains fairly low. Absolute beast in a small package! I have many mini PC’s, this is the first time I’ve used this brand, and I would recommend. Not much bloatware, if any at all.

So far its been amazing. I expected the 4k 144hz advertisement to be fake. 4k 144hz output does work with display port. The game performance has been really good. It is where i expect it to be for a 680m. In overwatch, low graphics with no resolution scaling 1080p will net 100-120 fps in an actual match. The fps will be closer to 144 in training mode. Intense effects that take up the screen will drop the fps to 80. The fan is loud for the amount of cooling its doing. The exhaust doesn't feel very hot either so it's best to reduce the fan speed if you don't wear headphones. I wear headphones so im not going to touch the fan speeds. There was one annoying problem. The windows package installer wasn't working properly so i couldn't install certain apps like Epic Games Launcher. The fix that worked for me was upgrading from windows 22H2 to 23H2 while selecting the repair option. Also, the headphone jack lacks any power. So headphones will be very quiet if connected to its front aux. I have an external dac which i use so its not a dealbreaker for me. So far this pc is exactly what i expect it to be. I got this to use as a multipurpose pc. My laptop can't output 4k 60hz even. It doesn't have thunderbolt either so i dont want to be plugging in all the cables every time i take it somewhere. I won't be using this to play newer games, maybe older pc games. The box was really nice. I got this for 350 dollars amazon. The sales tax was included in the price. Overall I'm super satisfied.

TRIGKEY S6 6900HX 16GB 500GB ssd As far as the actual product goes it comes packaged very nicely it's got some useful add-ons in the box that they didn't have to include like the HDMI cables but! And it's a big ol BUT! It lacks ANY documentation on how to upgrade, maintain or repair the unit. I Had some problems and some questions about the product. First I attempted contacting customer support got nothing, checked the Trigkey support forum that has been in operation for over a year, not a single post from anyone that actually works for Trigkey. Just a bunch of confused customers (including me) asking for help. Before buying any PC brand I would highly recommend you check to see how robust the support is for your product is, I wish I had.... If I'm paying $500 for a machine Honestly, I expect there to be product support of some kind.

This is not the fault of Trigkey. I like this little machine. It works great. The issue is that AMD's GPU drivers have a bug that crashes the system daily. I've been unable to find a solution and it looks like this has been an issue for a long time. I gave the review 5 stars because this is not an issue with Trigkey, I'm not happy with AMD's Linux support. If you want to run Linux don't use this one.
