Works great. I'm able to not only use this for pull downs, but with some imagination I've been able to use this for a variety of cable machine workouts. The best part is, I don't have to wait for other people to finish with the gym's accessories, I can just use mine.

I have been having problems with tendinitis in my elbows with regular pressdown bars. The parallel hand position of these straps fixes that. There are also no issues with wrist comfort or grip. Great for triceps pressdowns & kickbacks, hammer curls, and rear delt pulls.
