This product came with the hammock and 3 orange straps but no ratchets on the straps could not get enough tension to make the hammock stretch enough. Had to buy ratchet straps to make it work. Also it came with no directions. Would not buy again just another product not made in the USA

The media could not be loaded. Super light weight I have it set up at 5ft and and weight 200 and i pretty much touch the ground when I lay down if I sit on it I am on the ground

Absolutely the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever bought. It ripped just from installing it before I ever put any weight on it. Material is cheap and you won’t get a refund because there is no way to contact the company.
