This is a excellent, top quallity adult diaper. It has a huge amount of absorbency, allowing the wearer 8-12 hours before a change is needed. The outer cover is plastic and it has 4 great holding tapes. The diaper is bulky to wear, especially discreetly out in public. For a night diaper, it is a excellent choice for a heavy wetter. I have been wearing MegaMax diapers, and feel this Trest diaper is equal across the board to the MegaMax except price. The Trest diaper is more expensive per diaper than the MegaMax. ... show more

    • Excellent Overnight Diaper for Nocturnal Enuresis!
I absolutely love this diaper! Never had tried Trest before and when I saw some reviews and saw they made it in a mint green color I had to try. Nice to have color options. I don't wear for enjoyment but necessity. And when you have to wear diapers you might as well have color options. I took a risk wearing these for the first night on vacation in a bed that I don't own without a protective sheet not knowing how they would do. I ended up having very bad nightmares my first night in the condo where I am staying and ended up completely soaking the diaper to max capacity. Everything including the core stayed in place with no leaks! I would say this has slightly more absorbancy than the ABU brand of diapers. I put them on about 10 p.m. and woke up around 4:30 or 5 a.m. to find them completely full and needing to change. That's about 6 and a half to 7 hours of wear! Not as good as a megamax from northshore for going longer between changes but better than the 4 hours till max capacity from the ABU brand. It is also very soft and comfortable to wear. I will definitely be buying these diapers again! They are an excellent overnight diaper! ... show more

So much praise for these diapers, as I have a hard time finding a product that is comfortable and keeps me feeling dry all night with my particular issues. I do not produce the hormone that reduces urine production, so any overnight product needs to be able to stand up to quite a lot of abuse. These do and so much more. The tapes are strong, the fit is right (for me), and only once have I had a leaking problem. The only issue is the price point. Not sure if they are really worth the money considering they are about $4.50 for each. I realize it is partially due to the manufacturing price due to the amount produced, but there has also been predatory price gouging from when they first came available. ... show more

These diapers are top-shelf and compete for the top spot among the best diapers on the market. But there is a huge question mark, why do you not offer a case? You offered cases for like the first week of launching these and never again since. Comes off as a bit of a snob move because every other merchant offers a bulk discount in the form of a case quantity. Hopefully you will come around one day and until then, I'll buy a pack once in a blue moon as opposed to a case more often ... show more

I've tried almost every product on the market and these are definitely the most durable , a lot of products rip on the inside when the capacity reaches a certain point but don't . They are also extremely comfortable and fit wide hips perfectly , absolutely no leaks after 9 hours . These definitely aren't discreet but neither are leaks , if you have a problem with awkward fit and lots of leaks from other brands that cost the same please try these .
