Love, love, love it! It is the best neck support pillow for traveling that I have found. It literally HUGS your neck. The expensive pillows have all been horrible. I have returned every one of them. I bought 4 different travel pillows; (1) the Bcozzy (this one), (2) the Vesta loop neck pillow, (3) the Travelon deluxe wrap-n-rest, and (4) Travelrest all-in-one. There were pluses and minuses for each. I ended up keeping #4, but here are my observations on all 4. I am a side sleeper and have trouble sleeping in any position except with my head sideways toward my shoulder, so these observations may not be relevant for everyone. (1) Bcozzy: the cover is very soft and it compresses in its own bag to a cylinder about 6” across by 8”. The amount of overlap wasn’t enough to hold my head comfortably to one side. It is thinner in one part (the back) which seems good if you can sleep with your head tilted back. (2) Vesta Loop: this pillow is quite a bit narrower around than either of the other 2 “loop” pillows. It also is longer. It has something inside which allows you to smush it into a variety of shapes and it holds that position. The cover is not as soft as the others, but the bottom is a soft mesh fabric which may be cooler. It comes with a storage bag. It doesn’t really compress much, but the bag helps keep it in a tighter form for carrying. Even with the flexibility, I couldn’t find a comfortable position for myself. (3) Travelon: the cover is somewhat soft. The pillow shape seems fixed and wasn’t comfortable for me. The pillow doesn’t compress, nor does it have a carrying bag. It is bulky, the largest of all 4 to carry around. (4) Travelrest: this pillow has a removable cover which is very soft. It did not come with a storage bag, but when all the air is out it can be rolled up and secured with the elastic band sewn on the narrow end. It looks odd when filled but was the most comfortable for me in my preferred position. I ended up keeping (4) Travelrest because it is the only one I can see actually sleeping with. I tried all while still in a narrow chair (similar to airplane seating) but haven’t actually used it on a flight.

This neck/head pillow is so variable you can use it in so many different angles. It is cool compared to others, washable & does not lose its firmness or softness. This is my second one so I can use it while reading for hours and not straining my neck at all. Same product is advertised at 3x's the price.

Soft, liked that it has a bag with it. It still does not keep your had from falling forward though. If you are not yet asleep you feel this is comfy, but when you are sleeping you wake up with your head still hanging some and your neck hurting. My son could use this (11 yo), for him it was OK, though he tilts his head to the side.

This is excellent it wraps and stays wrapped your head is cushioned all around, and the pillow is not too thick so it won’t push your head off the headrest on the airplane. That’s what I found with others and it was annoying. Will definitely be getting some sleep on my 10 hour flight to London. Love love love this. Thank you for making a good product, comfortable material and filling is just the right amount of cushion

I waited to write my review until I had a chance to use it long enough to make a determine it's effectiveness. The main reason I purchased this wasn't just for traveling, but for a major problem I'm having with my neck, that makes it difficult to sleep and breathe when my chin is lowered or tilted to either side, combined with having a bit of sleep apnea. I've been using this pillow every night for about a month now, and it's AMAZING! Both my problems have become manageable, and I'm sleeping so much better! The pillow itself is slightly narrower on the back side so it's not overly bulky when you are laying down or sitting upright during travel. The position of the two pillow ends can be crisscrossed or twisted almost like a pretzel for different support levels, making it more comfortable when sleeping on your side.

The media could not be loaded. This is comfortable with fleece on one side and velour on the other side. The velour makes it feel a little bit cool whereas the fleece makes it feel warm. The only thing I wish is that this would have been machine washable (hence the four stars). But, I am thinking that maybe it might work if it was in a lingerie bag and washed on delicate. The reason machine washing would be nice, honestly, is if you really fall asleep well, you might drool onto the pillow. In that case, you would eventually want to launder it. Otherwise, I was surprised that it was so comfortable and supportive. I wish it had come with a little bag to help keep it clean when it is attached to my luggage. But I'm sure I can find something to keep it in.
