UPDATE: After writing this original review, the seller contacted me and asked for pictures and stuff and sent me a new one. All of the dividers in the new one are intact, and it delivered very quickly. 10/10 customer service and I’m super happy with the new one! ORIGINAL: It’s overall a nice bag, it seems to be built well, and it looks very nice and professional. My problem is that the only divider long enough to split the bag came broken. It seems to be too long for the size I got anyway, and I tried to rig it but nothing would sit right and all of the dividers were crooked due to the big one being buckled. I noticed it was broken as soon as I opened it, and now I don’t know what to do to organize it.

No complaints about the smaller bag, but I reordered a size up just to have room to grow, as the smaller bag was already past full. Was disappointed to see the larger size has foam and board dividers since I loved the thick, sturdy plastic ones that the smaller bag has. The larger dividers were so hard to maneuver that it ended up pulling some of the foam off the wall of the bag. No way!!!! I will keep the smaller, better bag until I see reviews that show the larger bags have the plastic dividers.

I'm in love with this travel makeup case! I have purchased SO MANY many travel makeup cases over the years, and have ended up getting rid of all of them, until now. I bought this case for an upcoming trip to New York, and as you can see here I have plenty of space to spare. I have more makeup than any one person should possess, and I have my stash pared way down for this trip, but as you can see it has plenty of space for the essentials. It also can accommodate one of my biggest eye shadow palettes in the zippered slot behind the brush storage. I cant speak to its durability as it's new to me, but it FEELS like it will last. The zippers feel sturdy and well made, and they open and close smoothly...I also love that the dividers are completely adjustable/removable for adjustability. Total winner!! Highly recommend! (oh, and I purchased the smaller of the two choices as I didn't want it taking up so much space in my carry-on)
