I loved the mirror at first, it was the perfect size. I had it out in my garage where I like to trim my beard but it uses double sided tape to adhere the mirror to the stand. Needless to say, I walked out to my garage one morning and there it lay, in pieces! The tape unstuck and the mirror shattered when it hit the concrete floor. They really ought to use a locking clip to hold the mirror and the base together. I cannot recommend this item. ... show more

This is a great little mirror for bathroom counter tops. I purchased this for my son's bathroom so he could have a mirror in front of him while brushing so he could see what he's doing and this mirror is perfect for him. It does not have a suction cup but so far that has not been an issue.

First impression: Decent mirror. Smaller just the size I needed. The item itself is cute for $10 but when I took it out of the box it fell apart. Lol. The mirror actually serrated from the glue. I shoved it back on and it’s still on. So I guess it’s okay....? I hope. 2 days later: it broke..... The auction power sucks and the adhesion isn’t strong: made the mirror fall off. It would be cute for traveling but now I have to purchase $10 command strips to repair a $10 mirror to repair.... 2 days after I bought it.... ... show more

The box it came in was a little damage but I don’t care for it much if it’s only cosmetic damage to the packaging and the actual product is fine. Which it was in this case. The mirror was SUPER simple to put together. If you can twist a bottle then you’re set dude. No need for tools. It stands on its own fine and bending it at any angle is great it doesn’t start to drag down due to gravity or anything. It’s perfect to sit down in front of to do your make-up. ... show more

I purchased this mirror to have at my desk at work for makeup touchups so it's not my everyday makeup mirror. The price was great for what I needed. My only complaint is about the adhesive that holds the stand to the mirror. Neither adhesive pad was covered with any type of protective film when it arrived. The bubble wrap around the mirror had adhered to the adhesive and I couldn't get all of it off. Therefore, I was never able to get a perfect seal between the two parts. The adhesive doesn't seem quite strong enough to support the weight of the mirror anyway though, especially when readjusting it. I used Gorilla Glue to stick the two parts together which helped. ... show more

Let's be honest. This is a basic mirror. That doesn't make it bad. But this is not some heirloom piece that you will pass down for generations. It's a small, inexpensive desk mirror. I bought it for my young daughter. It's perfect for her. But the reason I ranked it as a solid 3 out of 5 is that the bendy arm of the mirror that you attach into the base is difficult to fully tighten into the base. It will eventually, but it takes some effort. That and it's all fairly bare bones materials. Which is what I expect from an inexpensive mirror. So, bottom line, if you are looking for an inexpensive mirror and are not looking for anything remarkable, this is it. It's functional, it does the job and it's inexpensive. ... show more

I've purchased this same mirror twice now because it's very helpful, but not built to last. Pros: -Flexible neck allows you to position the mirror at any angle. -Large surface for easy viewing. -Base can unscrew for compact travel. Cons: -Base never seems to fully screw on, always spins around loosely. -Becomes unbalanced easily, making it prone to tipping over. -Fragile, shattering easily if it should tip over onto the floor. ...And so, that's why I've had to repurchase it, and probably not for the last time either.
