EDIT/UPDATE: I only had these for 2 months and while the rest of the bag, including the inside foil, the outside, all of it, is still fine. it's just the outer top part of the bags that have worn out. I think it's from the pinching and everything from zipping and unzipping the zippers. But it wore the top out in the threads are starting to come apart. So these only lasted two months. I take an average of about 90 to 100 deliveries a week. (see pics) First the pros: 1. They're big. 2. They keep the food warm. When I started using these I could tell the difference from the Doordash bag to these. 3. The zipper goes all the way around the top which means it closes the entire thing and keeps the food warm. I could actually feel the warm air come out and hit me in the face when I opened it. Compared to the Doordash bag which lets hot air escape out the top and doesn't really do anything to keep the food warm. Cons: 1. I wish the bags were about 2 or 3 inches taller. But they still work really well. 2. I wish the handle straps were about two or three inches longer. They're kind of awkward with the short lengths that they have on here. They work, I just think they could be better. 3. I wish they were a little more firm and held their shape better. The bottom has the insert where it'll hold the solid bottom which is fantastic. But I wish the top had something that was a little bit more firm so it would hold its shape sometimes when closing the lid you have to fight with the zipper to get everything straight. Because the straps are so short it tends to squish in on the top when you're carrying anything in it. I haven't experienced any problems with the zippers that others have reported or the straps breaking that others have reported. I've been using these heavily for the last couple of weeks and have no problems.

I like the color & portability of these bags. Would like them to be a little larger & have a firmer bottom or plastic removable bottle piece for stacking items or placing a carton on eggs in for transport.Easy to open. Wipes out easily for cleaning.

I've used these a few times now and they are certainly better then plastic bags or just open reusable bags when it comes to bring home frozen food while grocery shopping. You get two carrier and they're a handy size making them big enough but not too big to hold your frozen food like ice cream so everything doesn't defrost or melt in your hot car or trunk on the way home.

Lightweight and foil insulated. They seem to do the thing I wanted them too. Keeps my frozen groceries frozen on way home from store which is about 30 minutes. They're foldable, lightweight and hold quiet a bit. You get 2 of them. Good purchase for the money
