Usually speakers this small do not sound good. I own 3 bluetooth speakers of varying sizes bought over 9 years. The EWA speaker sounds very good for its tiny size. It has decent bass and hits the mid-range and high notes with great clarity. This thing is small enough to easily fit in my pocket, purse, beach bag or even in the cupholder in a car. You can feel the little speaker pulsing with the beats. While something this tiny will never have as much deep bass as much larger, dual speaker cone models, this is a winner for size and ease of use. It appears to be well-made, came very nicely packaged with a short usb-c charging cable (same as my phone so very convenient on the go) and it's really simple to use - just one button does it all and since that button lights up - it's really easy to use at night. My other small bluetooth speaker has tiny buttons you can't see in the dark and are hard to touch because they are under the housing a bit. The weight of this EWA speaker makes it feel like a quality device. Pairing was quick and easy with my Galaxy S21+. The travel case and ring that came packaged with it are really nice to have so you can clip this to a backpack, bike, your beltloop or hang it on a tree, beach umbrella or whatever. All-around impressive little speaker for the price and size. I purchased this for use on vacation so I was looking for something that was waterproof and small enough to pack in my electronics gear case with my cords and chargers. Bonus bit of info - if you have a USB-C to USB-C phone cable, you can charge this little speaker right from your phone for extended play time. You can also play it while it's connected by USB to your phone for charging. Playback only works if the speaker has some charge on it first - if it's totally dead, allow about 15 minutes of charging to happen before playing to it while charging with your phone. The speaker has a 700 mAh battery so it only takes about 2 hours to charge from zero, but if playing while it's charging that charge time will be a bit longer - in my test it took 2.5 hours to charge while being used. ... show more

I read a review here from another audiophile shopper. Upon that review, I purchased this speaker. I am very impressed by the quality of the sound, by the size of this unit, and the amount of time the battery lasts. I primarily use the speaker on the golf course so I wanted something that sounded good but not too loud so that it would disturb other people. This little guy fits the bill perfectly. I will say though I find myself using it in other situations now too because I love the way this thing sounds. The bass is not great in a bigger area but for background music it is awesome. And also works very well hooked up to the TV so that I can listen to the sound without disturbing others. It is heavy for its size and appears to be very well made. Thank you for making a great sounding speaker such high quality at such an awesome price. I've bought 3 more after buying it for my husband for his birthday. He has an old Mitsubishi eclipse with a old radio doesn't get much reception. He usually puts on pandora from his phone to listen to music or news from his other apps. This speaker connected to his Samsung Android with no problems he loves it. It sounds like he has surround sound in his car. Calls come through clearly no static or delays. Stays connected through the back roads of Virginia were we usually lose connection. I also bought the magnetic rubber cover so he can use when he works on his car it says put. I could go on and on. Honestly I can't believe how great this speaker works. This 'portable' tiny speaker seems to be well-made. It pairs with iPhone seamlessly and the sound quality is by far better than the iPhone speaker, but we don't have the latest iPhone though. We are not fan of earbuds so this is a good alternative. The portability is questionable though. The speaker to be so small is heavy, yet we hope that is indicative the materials used are durable. But we were hoping to use it when we travel abroad, but traveling light is a key so it would not work for that. Still great buy for the price, good sound quality to be so small. This is a great speaker for travel or anywhere really. Super convenient, small and good sound. I have a portable Bose that’s better but it’s not lightweight. This is much better for travel or camping, beach whatever. The sound is good, it’s compact and great price. I had no pairing issues at all.

Very small travel speaker with decent sound quality. It hooked up to blue tooth easily. I took it on a trip abroad so I could hear some music. It is a little heavier than I imagined, but feels sturdy. Charging has been easy.

Easy to pair and the sound is impressive. I've had to turn down the sound on my laptop because this speaker is so loud and clear. A little heavier than I expected but it feels solid. Comes with a cute little speaker case. Definitely happy with this purchase.

I love everything about this little speaker! I love quick charging, the small size that allows you to stick it in your pocket, the great loud sound quality, and how easy it is to use and connect via Bluetooth! I originally bought it for a prank with a coworker at work. After that, I have decided to use it everywhere I go instead of using my phone speaker. I wouldn't say the speaker is heavy, but it definitely isn't as light as I figured it would be due to its size. It is still light enough for me to stick it in my pocket or mini purse and take with me anywhere. I would recommend this to anyone and I would buy this again for sure! ... show more
