I am very happy with this e-bike! It was easy to assemble, rides smoothly, and the battery lasts much longer than I expected. The motor provides plenty of power, making hills and longer rides effortless. The bike feels sturdy and well-built, and the seat is comfortable even on longer trips. I’ve been using it for commuting and recreational rides, and it has exceeded my expectations. The pedal assist works great, and the brakes are responsive and reliable. This is a solid, comfortable riding bike. Power is great, and it's a smooth ride. The bike arrived carefully packaged in a crate and is fairly easy to assemble on your own if you follow the enclosed directions (but just know it does take a few hours if you're not familiar with this kind of assembly). So far, I've been impressed with HappyRun's customer service. Every time I've emailed support, I've received a response within 1 business day. We had an issue with the battery overheating within 2 weeks of purchase while riding in 60 degree weather. I emailed customer service, and they immediately sent a replacement battery. I've emailed customer service twice since then to request parts that were damaged through accidental spills (not because of defects with the bike) and I received those parts quickly as well. We'll be keeping an eye on the replacement battery, as it tends to run hot, even in cool weather. There are also two features that prospective buyers need to know about: 1. There is no quick release cord, so it's a time consuming and tedious process to replace a tire or the battery. This choice may have been due to the fact that it's a dirt bike. We figured out what to do using YouTube videos and ordering special tools on Amazon. 2. The leather-like throttle grips that our bike came with looked sharp out of the box, but they immediately started showing wear after just a few days of use. I understand that there's now a rubberized version, so, if you have the option, go with that because they'll be much more durable. We've had this bike for a little over three months now and are pleased with it. It's been a learning curve because we've never had an Ebike or dirt bike before, but, given the option, I would purchase this bike again.

Not only is the bike worth the money, any issue I have had has been quickly addressed by their customer service department to my complete satisfaction.

I ordered this bike the G 300 Pro and it was all good until I The first day, I built it a part that the company put in fill out and I had to replace it with what I had until I contacted the company and then the next day the other one fell out now another part that was manufactured by the people not me. I did not put none of these screws in and they fell out and it made it so my break did not work and it almost caused me to crash so I want to request a refund because I don’t think this is worth the money I paid respectfully maybe I just got something that I had loose screws, but I don’t think this is worth the money I paid.

This bike is so fun they should have named the company HappyFun! I wanted to give a in depth review about the things I was concerned about with this bike. It's a long review but in short, I am impressed! The suspension is solid and the adjustments function properly with rebound rate and stiffness on the front and back, just like a motorcycle. Stiffness and rebound rate can be adjusted with a screwdriver on the forks, while the rear mono shock can be adjusted for rate with a screwdriver, and for stiffness by turning the collar with a special tool which will compress the spring to make it more stiff. It came adjusted 3/4 stiffness which is good for my 145 lbs weight. I have jumped this bike and the suspension has not bottomed out yet. The assembly was easy and took about 1 hour. The range is good. I rode it aggressively on the pavement and on dirt trails and still got 45 miles off a full charge. If you ride it conservatively you could probably get 60 or more miles. The customer service is top notch with HappyRun. I had 2 parts that were damaged during shipment and they responded quickly and sent the replacement parts free of charge. This bike is in a class of it's own. You won't find another bike with this power that you can putt along peddling like a bicycle, and then rip it up with high voltage power on the trails. The direct drive motor is silent which adds to the covert nature while providing a top speed of 48 to 50+ mph depending on rider weight. Overall the quality is good. The welds are solid and it has held up to some very hard trail rides with jumps, rocks, roots and small logs. I have about 100 miles on it so far with most of that on dirt trails and no broken parts so far. I highly recommend buying this bike.

Very fun bike and half the price of a surron. It accelerates very fast and holds its speed decently although once it hits 40mpg it seems to take longer to get to 50mph (I haven’t hit it yet you need a very long stretch of road). It doesn’t have a full handgrip throttle, but the half is decent. My main issue: the battery seems to be a little cheaper (for its output) and tends to flicker the head lights from time to time. Sometimes the power glitches out a bit on startup but it may just be my bike. The connectors aren’t the best quality and can bend inside.

I’ve had my Happyrun G300 Pro for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I mostly ride it on back roads and through the woods, and it’s been an awesome bike with plenty of power and a solid build. What really stood out to me was the customer service, I recently found out I was missing a front axle nut, and they responded quickly, shipped me a replacement right away, and even helped me find the correct pinch bolt I needed. It’s refreshing to see a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend the G300 Pro to anyone looking for a fun and reliable e-bike.
