It will likely require fairly level ground to be stable. There are basically 4 points of ground contact and the bottom rails may contact the ground instead of the ends. We havent used it while camping but seems very stable on flat surface and can snugly fit 2 people, though one person seems a better option. Material is more of a mesh so should be cool and breathable in hot weather. Low marks for sizing of tote bag. VERY snug to fit back in bag.

This is an excellent and easy-to-assemble hammock! It only took me about 15 minutes to take it out of the box and put it together. The hammock frame is all one piece and is foldable/collapsable, as well as super sturdy. Just make sure it is standing on flat and solid ground, otherwise the legs will be uneven and it can be dangerous to sit on. The fabric hammock itself is very nice and breathable - it comes with double-layered fabric for extra security and I assume to be able to support extra weight on it without tearing. My dogs are big fans of this hammock. At first I worried that they would get their little nails stuck in the holes of the hammock fabric, however, with the way that the double layered fabric is overlayed, they can comfortable walk around and adjust themselves on it. My family loves this hammock, on nice days we're all fighting for it! It's definitely a good buy, so if you're in the hammock market and want to find one that comes with the hammock frame/stand, definitely consider getting this one! It also comes with two warranties for the hammock and the stand itself, so if you have any issues with it then you should be all taken care of. I am super happy with this purchase and hope that it lasts me for a long time!

If you are on the fence about purchasing one of these… just do it. It is AMAZING. I literally use this thing inside AND outside… In my game room, I’d rather lay in it then my reclining couch. It can hold two adults also. Myself and my brother-in-law tested that. Just purchase it. You won’t be disappointed. If you are, blame me.

I was in the market for a collapsible hammock that was soft & compact. As a F/T RV'ing family, we've found that many campgrounds don't allow you to attach anything to trees, so having it's own stand was also imperative. I use my Tranquillo hammock almost DAILY! The fabric is super soft & breathable (unlike the canvas hammocks) & it's very easy to set up, take down & store. My grandson even took a nap in it with me!! This hammock has been across the country & is still perfect! :):) It's my absolute favorite camping "necessity". 🤩
