Trampoline was easy to set up, and is well made. The description is not the greatest, so I took 1 star, otherwise would have rated 5 stars. There is no ladder with the 10' model. (Verified with seller). I'm not sure where the other weight ratings are coming from, but the 10' model clearly marks 220 LBS. (This would have been nice to know before purchasing). This trampoline is better constructed than the first trampoline we bought from Walmart. We followed the instructions exactly and put it together easily! Definitely recommend two people and a mallet! We had purchased this trampoline for our grandkids. Assembly was easy. However, there was a small problem with one of the support legs. Our seller, Cavalier Store, took care of the issue very quickly. Our grandkids are have a blast on their new trampoline.

Two box shipment...second box had a chair, lol. Great company with friendly staff who corrected the mistake right away. I set the trampoline up by myself until it was time to hand the net. Easy to assemble and sturdy. All our kids (10, 17, 19) are loving it!

The trampoline came with a defective safety enclosure, it would not enclose because it was made without the bottom that secures it to the trampoline. So it was useless. At first we understood this stuff happens sometimes and sent photos, asking if they would send a replacement enclosure. After several back and forth messages, where they just kept sending the same response and ignoring everything we said, we gave up. It was very rude. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from a company in a very long time. Additionally the pole connections are not sturdy, that is why it’s breaking in the wind for anyone. If you purchase this, just know if something is wrong just know you’re not going to get customer service and hopefully you don’t live somewhere with wind. Very disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, instead by from a reputable company. ... show more
