I did get it rather quickly which I’m happy about. However, the holes that mount the winch to the trailer did not fit correctly. It was way too narrow to mount. I had to ream out the existing mounting holes to make it work. It works great otherwise. I would have like to see addition information on the mounting holes. I had a problem where the handle kept colliding with a bump on the side and stopped it from doing a full rotation, but it turned out I assembled it wrong. This winch failed yesterday and left me MacGyvering a way to load my boat at the launch after about 20 uses loading my 1860 Tracker Grizzly which is about 2200 loaded and my trailer has plastic low friction bunks to ease the load.
