  • Perfect Trailer For A Polaris 4 Wheeler
Pattern Name: BICYCLE Style: Trail Warrior X4 ATV Trailer
This is a very well built and useful trailer! It pulls nice and rides smooth. I've been using it almost every day since I put it together. I put a 2x6 floor in it just because we're pretty abusive around here. I am thinking very hard about buying another. If the manufacturer reads this please don't install any grease sertz, let the buyer do it. Your packing job was very good but two grease fittings still broke off. Please include a few more washers, and if possible the hitch design might be improved so you don't get those "clunking" sounds with speed changes. These are small issues. I am very impressed with the product, the shipping, and its performance! Thank You! ... show more

  • Good trailer
Pattern Name: BICYCLE Style: Trail Warrior X4 ATV Trailer
I’m pretty happy with this trailer. I use it to haul wood and help me maintain trails on my property. I’ve had it a week or so and all is good. I figure if I’m gentle with it (like I’m not chucking heavy logs in there and busting up the mesh), it’ll last awhile. The annoying part concerns the grease zerks. 2/4 of mine were dislodged and fell out. I found them in the bottom of the shipping box, in the little cardboard crevasses. When looking at them, the male and female threads, on both the axel and fitting, were stripped big time. I have extras and got it worked out but it was an extra hassle for me. Yesterday, I checked and at some point this week zerk 3/4 has popped out (another original zerk). So I’ll just replace all. Annoying but not a costly or hard fix to make. Knowing what I know now, I’d still make the purchase but I’d immediately replace the zerks if they looked at all goofy. Oh- I should mention the nuts and bolts. Usually, I chuck those right in the trash and use quality bolts from the hardware store. Too many bad experiences with crummy quality, stripping, etc. over the years. These seemed quality and I gave it a shot. Nothing stripped, everything bolted straight and tight. Seems like quality hardware. I had very minor blemishes from shipping but not a concern for me. A few points required a rubber mallet for minor “encouragement” as well (some pieces were slightly bent wrong - truly not a big deal and almost expected). Assembly is a cinch comparative to some of these small implements. The trailer makes it so I can haul A LOT more wood with my ATV. Previously I was using a standard lawnmower trailer. I think this will do much better in snow as well. The tires are super wide. The tires, and the way they “grip” when turning, would tear up lawn I think. Non-issue for me in the woods but something I’d consider if using on a nice manicured lawn. When I say turn, I mean making a sharp(ish) 90 or 180 degree turn. Last thing - it is 2-4 inches wider than my Polaris atv. This has already led to some long back ups as I get cornered on a trail. I also have to pay attention around trees. One day I came to a full stop because my atv just cleared a tree on the left, but the tire on my trailer hit it dead on. No damage and slow speeds but was a lesson learned. Just a heads up. 1 year update: I’ve been using it like I described above. I put some cardboard down to help soften any dropping of wood in there. Still have no complaints. No rust, everything works, and I’ve hauled a lot of wood around with it. Every now and then I still forget it’s wider than my 4 wheeler and play bumper cars with a tree trunk. 2+ year update: Still using it often and still works great. I’ve hauled pretty much everything in it. Wood, dirt, mulch, tools, fence post, my generator, basically anything I want to drag out in the woods. One thing that’s been super helpful is cutting cardboard to place over the mesh. I’ve loaded this just ridiculously full (like rounded top) with mulch and it doesn’t miss a beat. We’re talking a good sized bobcat bucket worth+. I basically haven’t done any maintenance to it; not even had to air the tires up more than maybe once in the spring. A lot of guys ask me about it because I can haul many times more than the old plastic, smaller trailers. It’s a lot bigger than the “lawn mower” sized trailer, but definitely much smaller than a car trailer. Again, things usually don’t last long around my place unless they are durable, and this trailer is still working good for me. ... show more

  • Seems to be a nice utility cart...
Pattern Name: BICYCLE Style: Trail Warrior X4 ATV Trailer
Overall, the quality of the cart seems great, and as long as it's not abused it will last for many years. As stated in some other reviews, the grease zerks are not the best; one was broken, and another wouldn't take grease. Fortunately, I had some 6mm zerk fittings on hand. One of the 20mm flat washers for mounting the wheels was only 19mm. After a trip to the hardware store and $1.28, I had a new 20mm washer I could use. There was some powdered rust on some of the black box framing, but it was able to be rubbed off. All in all, I'm pleased with it and ready to put it to work behind my Defender UTV. ... show more

  • I used it all weekend hauling wood and it works fantastic. Very heavy duty and pulls really well
Pattern Name: BICYCLE Style: Trail Warrior X4 ATV Trailer
I got his after breaking my old ATV trailer hauling rocks. It took me a while to pull the trigger because it is a little pricey. Got it in and had it assembled in about an hour. I used it all weekend hauling wood and it works fantastic. Very heavy duty and pulls really well. The only thing I really don't care for is that it has high side rails all the way around except for the tailgate area, which means If you are carrying something that has the potential to spill and you are going uphill, it can just roll out of the back if it is higher than the tailgate. I will probably make a new tailgate I can use for things like that. Overall, I am very satisfied with this trailer. A tip for those who buy it and assemble it: I did follow the directions but got a little ahead of myself and put all 4 bolts in the side plates that hold the axle. You only need to put the top 2 in until you get to the part of putting the walking beam axle on. That's where the 2 slightly longer bolts go on the bottom on each side. Im sure this is in the directions, but all the bolts come loose in a bag and when you are told to use a 2" bolt and then a 2 1/4" bolt 2 steps later, sometimes you use the wrong bolt. ... show more

  • Think it will work
Pattern Name: BICYCLE Style: Trail Warrior X4 ATV Trailer
I haven’t put this thru a real test yet, but this UTV trailer seems sturdy enough to do the job. Assembly was relatively easy and took about an hour and a half. I found the on line UTube assembly videos helpful. This version with the four wheels it it a little awkward to maneuver unhitched. The pin hitch option is what I am using, but did purchase the 2” ball kit and extension kit and will try that. Thinking a drill bit and trip to the local trailer store for a 2” hitch would do the job just as well and maybe a little less expensive. Over all happy with this purchase. ... show more

  • One of the better ones for sure.
Pattern Name: BICYCLE Style: Trail Warrior X4 ATV Trailer
So its pretty awesome but has some downsides. The instructions were horrible. A quick tip is separate all the bolts and then take pieces of paper and write which bolt is which before you start assembling. And pay attention to the washers. Some bolts get double washers some don't. The dump function is stupid, it's too low to the ground to be useful and aside from that mine has a tendency to dump while I'm pulling it cause the latch is misaligned and it pops off. I'm having it welded along with other parts. The shaft that connects to the atv is wobbly due to only having 2 bolts. Will have that welded as well. Yutrax sells a ball hitch that mounts up very nicely to the shaft and feels strong. Buy it. The side mounts seem to be sturdy but the back gate is super short so things just fall out of the back, will have to get something welded there too. Also the mesh at the bottom is kinda thin. Be easy on it. It's worth putting some plywood down to protect it. Other than those minor things the trailer has a wide stance which is awesome, i got the one with 4 tires which is amazing. It travels over rough terrain so much better and the tires are meaty so it doesn't slide in the mud. All around I love it over any other trailer on the market despite it's downsides. I think once I get it welded it will be amazing. ... show more

  • Great offroad trailer
Pattern Name: BICYCLE Style: Trail Warrior X4 ATV Trailer
This trailer is a good value. This trailer will have a smoother ride than your UTV. The wheels are not pre-greased. You will have to grease the wheels before first use. Assembly is relatively easy.

  • Hole is the side of wagon when it arrived
Pattern Name: BICYCLE Style: Trail Warrior X4 ATV Trailer
I was shocked at the horrible condition that the box arrived in. The box was torn to smithereens and was literally in pieces. It appeared to have been jabbed with a forklift as the punctures went clear through the packaging to put a hole a in the side of the wagon metal siding. I am attempting to attach pictures to show the damage done. Disappointed to say the least. The wagon is a nice size (which I loved), the tires are very sturdy and the frame appears sturdy. The metal mesh that lines the wagon is very thin and I really don’t think that it would hold the weight that the wagon frame, axles and tires could hold. We chose to line the bottom and sides (plus trying to cover up the hole) with 1/2” plywood to support the bottom and sides. To my dismay, this wagon was the “last one available, order soon”. That could have been a sign to me not to order it as it was probably damaged, but that didn’t occur to me. I know better if this message comes across in something I need to order next time. Learning experience. ... show more
